We loved our stay in the spacious apartment. The beds were comfortable, the verandah was great, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was quite hot the week we stayed, and the fans and air-conditioning in each room were much appreciated. It was a very short walk to the beach, to everything in Macrossan Street - but without the noise of being in the main part of town. The best part was the great pools. The main pool was heated and lovely to swim in and well landscaped and a pleasure to sit at. At the rear of the property is a larger pool and lots of seating in the BBQ area.. We have booked again for a longer stay for next year!!

I highly recommend this Beautiful, Clean Property that is located a two minute walk to 4 Mile Beach and the nearby restaurants, shops and many conveniences. An excellent location. The Staff are very kind, professional and helpful, especially The Manager, Treveen and Simon, who genuinely cares about your requests and responds immediately to ensure you enjoy your stay. We required an apartment for older relatives who needed good accessibility. This ground floor 2-bed, basic apartment had good amenities. 3 x Lovely pools, good BBQ area.

The twin room was made up as a double, whereas we needed the separate beds. Some way to clarify this / nominate bed configurations in the booking prior would be more than useful. Survived with it one night, and then Reception staff were really helpful and quick to sort the next day.

Location, location, location. Great cafe on the beach a 1 min walk away. Reliable Clean BBQ, heated front pools. Furniture is fine and outdoor terrace with table/ chairs is great

If the appt is not getting a clean during a 7 night stay it would be nice not to have to pay for extra soap for the bathroom . Small essential items in the kitchen and laundry would be a nice touch such as cooking oil, salt/pepper , dish washing tabs and liquid soap for the washing machine. Beach towels are actually very old bathroom towels.

Great location a short 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars and the beach is at the end of the road. Very nice room with comfortable bed and good bathroom on a quiet street. Treveen and Simon are really helpful with tours and recommendations and very friendly. Very good value for money and I would highly recommend

Breakfast is not provided at this accomodation.But you are within a short walk of places to go and have a breakfast,And you are able to cook in the kitchen if you choose to do so I did not.

The lounge furnishings were unbelievably uncomfortable in the suite we had and this is a concern for the outlay and costs.I would choose this place to stay and have booked for next year just not this suite because of the furniture.I have to say my back is still trying to recover.

The apartment was spacious enough for the family of four. There was only one bathroom but that was not the problem at all. The beds and pillows were really comfortable for my taste. Aircon for fantastic, keeping the room cold. The best part of the property are two separate pools, both with pleasantly warm water. The sign says - heated pools in winter, but I would say heated enough in summer. There is another baby pool, which we didn't use. Another great aspect is location, being one block away from the beach, and I mean the actual patrolled part with the net. It literary took 2 min to get there. Also keeping in mind that the start of the main street with shops and restaurants was only 5 min away. All in all, great location.

There is really nothing to complain about. I'm sure we'll be back again later in the year.

Beautiful pool. Every thing was super easy and felt private enough. Beds were comfy, facilities spacious and clean. The check in and out process was easy. Did I mention how beautiful the pool was? Would definitely stay here again. The location was fantastic close to town and easy to get around.

The apartments are cleaned every 7 days so we didn't get a refresh of beds etc in our 7 night stay. This wasn't a huge deal for us though. Also having to buy toilet paper on top of the roll that was already on the hook was a bit of a shock. Again not a huge deal but I wish I'd known.

The location is excellent - very close to the patrolled beach as well as the main strip. You can walk to most places. The staff were all great, but especially Simon. I'd misplaced something, and Simon made a great and successful effort to find it.

The apartment was clean, but some parts could do with renovation. The bathroom and kitchen in particular. The plates didn't fit in the dishwasher - a small, annoying detail.

The location to Five Miler Beach is awesome. It isn't on the beach front, but it is a very easy stroll. I highly recommend staying at Beach Terraces. Our stay was AMAZING and we will be back for sure.

The stairs, carrying luggage up and down the stairs was a bit difficult - a lift would have been a total godsend, however I understand the age of the building probably would have precluded that from the building design.
