The apartment had several facilities, such as a kitchen, laundry, balcony, and park. The beds were very comfortable, and the balcony, with views of trees and nature, was pleasant. The overall cleaning was very good, except for the excess dust on the heaters. The check-in was ready for us after hours, and the staff was kind, providing us with recommendations to explore the city. The accommodation also has a beautiful pool and BBQ, although we didn't have the chance to try them. The location was a bit far from the city center, but convenient if you have a car. However, five minutes walking from the beach!

Nothing to mention.

Clean, well appointed unit. Good airconditioning in the living room and in the bed room. Screens on all the windows and doors. There was a pool, but it was too cold for us to swim in. It looked lovely. Close to the IGA grocery store, but a 6 k drive into town, which made it quiet. Old but good washing machine and dryer.

We don't like monsoon shower heads, we prefer a hand held shower. Also, the hot water tank was very small, so only one person could shower at a time, and the tank needed time to recover.

These are privately owned apartments so the furnishings and equipment will vary according to whose apartment you end up in. We had travelled from the UK and the managers on site went out of their way to help us - for instance when we needed a small amount of washing powder for the washing machine as we really didn't want to buy a big box and our hand wash liquid wasn't appropriate. Their recommended Barrier Reef trip provider was perfect for our needs. The apartments are 4km from Port Douglas and you really need your own transport as it would be a hike to shops.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The two bedroom apartment was freshly renovated and fully equipped for eating in. We didn't have a car so getting a first day complimentary drop-off and pick-up from the local supermarket was really appreciated. Thank you Leanne! My teen and I used the Beam scooters located on premises to go all around Port Douglas. The $25 day pass per adult rider is certainly worth it. The lagoon style pool was also great and well shaded.

The bathroom was dated in comparison to the rest of our unit but still comfortable for a short stay.

Location was great, walking distance to 4 mile beach and easy drive into town. Very spacious apartment - all three bedrooms were big and the lounge/kitchen dining area was large. Full laundry and full kitchen facilities all super useful when travelling with a family. Bath towels were thick and delightful! Pool was great. Would stay again.

There was quite a bit of noise on the grounds from other guests (teenagers running around) but this wasn’t late so it wasn’t a big deal.

The back of the apartment faces the pool. Private parking, great appliances and cookware.

Could use some maintenance. The sliding screen locks at the back really need lubricant. Unable to open or lock with a key. Cupboard doors need adjustment in the laundry so they will close properly. The smoke alarm in the living area is missing.

Needed a car to get to shops and main part of Port Douglas. Small tv ( wouldn’t normally be by a problem except it was footy finals)

It was a lovely spacious apartment. We really enjoyed the pool and the tennis court. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Such a quiet area.

It was a little further away from town than we realised, however we had a car so it was fine. Even without a car, there was a restaurant, pub and Cafe close by.

Very tidy. Had small travel size laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, dishwash detergent, body wash etc and a small milk tea/coffee etc to get started. Drying rail. Nice grounds and garden. Quiet and relaxing. Close to the beach. Slightly further into town but only a 10 min drive with a hire car.

Only that the spa wasn’t a hot one.

The location, the staff, the pool were all fantastic. It was great to have laundry to get reset. We had an upper floor unit and enjoyed the balcony and views of the pool and garden.

Would have been helpful to have a bit more dish soap in the starter pack....
