Location was lovely - very nice outdoor area; very quiet. Lovely pool. Covered parking right outside our villa. Staff helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and there was a good pillow selection. Shower was very good too. Handy to have the washing machine with powder provided and a clothes airer and pegs.

Wifi - couldn't get onto it at all in the apartment and only solution was to sit outside (or inside) reception and use it there. That was a bit disappointing but not a deal breaker.

Very comfortable and great layout for family with lounge downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Small kitchen but everything you needed for a couple of days. Pool/spa clean. Not far from town and beach. Beam scooter hub at reception which was handy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Heated spa in winter months would be better. Outdoor patio areas were filthy.

It was central for us and were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, bright and spacious had all the utensils you would need for meals. It was very quiet. Loved the island in the kitchen and the bathroom was georgous.

The dining chairs were a little low for the table, the longe was a little lopsided at the footrest end and scratchy material.. The pillows were way too soft and could not get comfortable, but the beds were comfotable

The pool was perfect - lovely and clean and just the right size for the location. The villa was much larger than we anticipated so plenty of room for us all to stay very comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed and great BBQ facilities that we used and enjoyed beside the pool.

The fold out bed was quite uncomfortable but these things rarely are as good as a proper mattress, still if you need an extra bed and one is provided I guess a level of comfort for 3 nights is expected.

They only cleaned the apartment once over an 8 night stay. When they did they didn’t empty our bins and when they left, they left the apartment unlocked. We had laptops so this was very careless

Great base to visit this beautiful area. So much to see and do, lovely to return to a comfy space and swim in the pool. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and all spotlessly clean.

Excellent space for adult family to stay together with privacy, also three bathrooms was excellent!

Needs a good clean inside the apartment - floors need to be swept and mopped, and out door area needs to be swept and water blasted and rubbish picked up.

Wifi extremely weak in original accomodation. Manager kindly changed accomodation to a room with stronger Wifi - albeit still unreliable.

Spacious. Had a washing machine and dryer. Couch was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Manager kindly allowed us to check in earlier.

Parking space was narrow for our apartment because it was on the corner and had concrete pillars to negotiate- not necessarily so for all the other apartments. Lot of pipe shuddering when flushing upstairs toilet (a problem at night or early morning when others are still asleep). A bit of a drive to the heart of Port Douglas and the marina.

accommodation had everything we needed . The location of our unit very near the lovely pool was great. We were only a short walk to the beach and there were shops close by.
