We loved the design and the tranquility of the place. It was very comfortable and well stocked. Our private villa combined with luxury hotel facilities, like spa, big pool and restaurant, was ideal! An extra bonus: the hotel is near a kitesurfing and wing foiling beach, which we used a lot!

The location is not walking distance to the centre of Port Douglas, one have to drive or order a shuttle bus. It was all right for us but might not be ideal for some travellers.

The restaurant is adequate. The communal pool is awesome. The villa private pool was heated and great.

Villa 73, was very nice, but needs maintenance. It's looking a bit tired and outdated. It needs a few dollars spent on it to keep up with the others. Don't get me wrong, it was great, but for the cost of the rental it should have been better. The other couple we visited seemed fresher.

Firstly you must realise every Villa is privately owned, so a review reflects one villa not all. We were ungraded to a 3 bedroom villa when we had booked a 2 bedroom. Extremely spacious, beautiful private pool, lots of space

The reception was very welcoming, restaurant food was truly delicious, absolutely 5 star quality dining and extremely reasonable .

Very well kept estate with beautiful landscaping and spacious villas. Each villa is fully equipped with a full kitchen and dining room. The plunge pool was also a highlight of the stay during the hot summer afternoons.

The oven didn’t seem to work at the temperature that was meant to be, resulting in a much longer time to cook our dishes…the dish washer also didn’t work but since we were leaving, we didn’t bother to get the technician to come and repair it.

Some things were a bit tired, our garage door opener did not work, one door to the Alfresco could not be opened and some lioghts were not able to be switched on (the lights did get repaired during our stay) some of the furniture did need updating. the sofas and sun loungers were very old and uncomfortable

Spacious villa. Very well supplied. Great views. Good location away from town. Helpful staff.

Food delivered to villa by on-site restaurant was expensive and poor quality. Lights were difficult to identify and some didn't work. Glasses cupboard door had lose hinge and wouldn't close properly.

The villa was fantastic and the staff were very good and made us welcome right from the start. Ordering food to be delivered direct to the villa was also a nice touch. Just meant we could spend more time by our own private pool.

The restaurant menu was a little restrictive. We would have liked to see an all day menu.

Accommodation and property are gorgeous, villas are huge and gardens are immaculate and filled with birds and butterflies. The day spa is also excellent with a good selection of treatments and tranquil rooms. The massage beds are the most comfortable I've ever had a treatment on!

The menu selections at the restaurant are limited and room service is not available. Wasn't super impressed with the pillows on the bed, they were pretty uncomfortable. Some extra options stashed in a cupboard would of been good. There was also a leak in the roof in the kitchen area.

Lovely private pool and large accommodations, probably the best accomodation in port Douglas

No room service! We had to call to get towels and they don’t bring them instantly- we would have to wait hours until the afternoon.

Wifi was not working in all the Villa and the speed was low Food in the restaurant was not good at all (at least for a French) but it was amazing to have breakfast and cook in the villa Difficult to book the SPA
