The Pool Villa is brand new restored, extremely clean and walk distance from the beach. Big patio with outdoor table for dining and big sofa.

- We ask for an extra bed and the Villa Management charge us THB 850 per night. Once we check the extra bed consist in a duvet on the floor and another duvet on top (picture below). The "bed" was obviously hard as only a duvet separate from the floor so we give it back - On the check out they ask to pay extra cleaning for the towel we use for the shower (they were basically clean...) and they want us to charge THB 800 because we use a blanket that was in our wardrobe (no one told us and no sign indicate that the use of the extra blanket was chargeable) - Kitchen tools can be improved

We had a great stay! The villa was clean, well maintained, and easy to reach from the main pier. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout. We really enjoyed the private pool and appreciated the nearby beach clubs. A relaxing and well-organized experience overall!

the kitchen could use some improvements. For a villa that accommodates 8–10 people, having only 4 sets of plates and bowls felt insufficient. A simple coffee machine would also be a nice addition. Some of the pots and pans were quite worn out — the Teflon coating was scratched and peeling, which made us hesitant to use them.

Honestly, this is the best place in Koh Chang, calm, clean, best beach, lovely villas, amazing pools, bars, great restaurant. You can rent cayak... Not far from Ferry. You need car or bike to go shopping but it is closed community and we had AMAZING TIME here.

During check out they told us that we lost a towel and they wanted us to pay 500 baht, which wasnt true and extremely overprice. I think is a scamming practice applied by the stuff (we tipped the stuff already). Fortunately we went to check it out with the lady to show her all towels. Then she just left without saying single word. Too bad for such great place.

The rooms are comfortable, although a bit bare - no chairs in most of them, so you sit on the bed or on the floor. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to the beach, where the Beach House is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kitchen has basic utensils, cutlery etc, and all rooms have a water heater, cups etc, as well as tea and coffee. Bathrooms are clean and showers are hot, cold or whichever way you want them. Internet is reliable and acceptably fast. Resort is safe. Very friendly and helpful owners/staff

Location - it's close to the ferry, but that's about all it's close to - the closest concentration of eateries, grocery stores etc. is 4-5 kms away, meaning you need to rent a motorbike to get there. This part of the island is wild, and the road is winding and with steep slopes, so not for the faint of heart. The villa itself is designed as four autonomous bedrooms, not as a classical villa with four bedrooms accessed from a central living room or hallway. This means that, apart from those sleeping in the bedroom attached to the small living room/kitchenette, other guests need to climb outside stairs or take a garden path to the other three bedrooms. Not ideal if you are staying with small children.

Spacious, clean accomodation with the bonus of a good size (and depth) private pool. Well equipped villa. Resort was beautiful with some good places to eat and a large swimming pool. Staff were very helpful and booked us a golf buggy to the nearest 7-11 (100 baht each way). Beach areas were clean and pretty. Kayaking was fun. Air-conditioning worked well and property was light with nice views. Rooms were all large with lots of storage.

I would like to warn others of the unusual villa layout. It suited our family but I can imagine it would not be great for òther groups. One twin bedroom can only be accessed by walking through a double bedroom and then through an open plan shower room and toilet. There are no doors to lock - just the 2 sliding doors either side of the shower/toilet. The other double room is upstairs - accessed through a lounge (where there's a sofa bed) and then outside across a balcony and into another part of the villa. Not ideal for children.

Complicated Hob not easy to understand how it worked, we had to call the agent to ask again how to turn it on. To be fair she did show me how to switch it on but when we came to use it we were not able to get it working, a 15 min call and we managed to get it working followed by a visit from the agent. Simple is best.

Excellent location - great beach, guarded community, responsive service - they helped us rent 2 new bikes with pretty small deposit and those bikes were transported directly to our place - that's super cool! Great place with awesome pool.

Wifi on the second floor was super weak (like 2% of its power on the first floor)

The house was clean and very comfy. The location was great—very close to the beach and the ferry. The host was really nice and helpful. We had a great time there!

Lovely property. pool water was checked every day and cleaned once a week. The grounds were maintained on a daily basis.

Had problems with the internet kept lagging could not really watch any movies on my I pad. Also the jacuzzi bath does not work.
