The room was very quiet considering we were near the entrance with cars outside and next to the restaurant washrooms. We were unable to change to another room as none were available. We had a good breakfast in the cafe. Poached eggs with homemade potato rosti. We ate dinner at a neighbouring Chinese restaurant which was very good. This was a transit stop so did not explore the area too much. The mall across the highway had a good fresh food market.

The pool and hot tub facilities are nice, beds were comfy, tv was large, and the over city views at night are as nice back drop

The restaurant at the the hotel has an awesome menu, however our stay most things we wanted were "off the menu" so that was unfortunate but not a trip ender

Convenient location for a stopover with restaurants, petrol, shops etc… very close by. Easy parking, pleasant modern hotel with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Not much in the way of character, but great for a night on the way to Jasper. Good place on site for a quality breakfast & helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and a kitchenette if you needed it.

Pool, hot tub and water slide were great, room was spacious and clean especially for the price. Didn't use the gym but the facilities looked good. We found Canada on the whole to be very expensive but this was a great price for the quality of the stay. Parking right in front, free tea and coffee, and staff were super friendly. Super convenient location en route from Jasper to Vancouver, just off the highway.

It would have been nice to be able to open windows in the bedroom, because even though there was air conditioning, the air felt a bit stale as there was never any fresh air coming in.

Definitely recommend!! Very please with my stay! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a comfortable size, newly updated (bathroom too) and well laid out. I had a fantastic sleep in a very comfortable bed. Overall it was an extremely relaxing experience!! I will definitely choose the Prestige Hotel in Kamloops the next time I travel to Kamloops.

The only reason for the 9/10 rating is the doors to the rooms were quite heavy and quite loud when they closed. The restaurant being closed was a bit disappointing but understandable with the pandemic. If I were to make a suggestion, a better selection of tv channels would’ve been nice. Overall, no major complaints!!

Super modern and clean hotel. Shopping is located near by. Hotel as a super clean pool and fitness area (I did not use it but saw it) and the restaurant has good and reasonable price food.

this is a gem :)Do not miss this one if you are travelling to Kamloops . The staff was absolutely amazing, making sure all guests will be taken care of . The reception goes all extra miles to accommodate what is possible of course. Housekeeping is amazing ,- friendly and ready to help. The pool and hot tub were great as well. They also have a slide for kids and we saw lots of happy faces there :) Hotel doesnt have breakfast yet but it will change soon folks. They will have a restaurant on site starting this fall. The location is perfect and close to everything - mall. cinema, wild park, lots of restaurants. Thank you to all who made our stay unforgettable and yes we would love to come back.

The room was good with comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were professional and extremely helpful. It has a few restaurants walking distance but the better restaurants were only about 5 mins drive away. Will stay again.

Bath spout was a little hard to switch to shower mode.

Breakfast room was great friendly server, he was overly busy that day so he was not able to be more observant to the customers.

The bed could be a queen instead of a large double

quite noisy if you get a room next to the highway side of the building . They have 2 sets of blinds . I suggest they give the curtains more width to block the sound of trucks’s “ jake break”. To be fair they did offer ear plugs.
