Beautiful property set on a peaceful beach. Good if you like a very quiet place away from the busy town. The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful. There was good sized balcony which caught the sun and had with chairs and a table. Bed was super cosy, room was spotless, cleaned daily, there was a tv, safety box, hair dryer, fridge, water, air con. The bathroom was spotless, walk in rain shower, toiletries. I had booked a garden view which is facing the entrance grounds and roadside. There are also seaview rooms. There is a turn down service in the evenings where they also replace water tea & coffee. Breakfast was delicious. Fruit, pastries and the option of local or western breakfast with tea/coffee. I asked for pancakes on the last day and there were delicious. I was able to see hatchling sea turtles in the hatchery right on the beach. The on duty breakfast staff kindly let me know they were hatching. Amazing!

No fault of the property or staff: Lack of atmosphere. It’s almost eerily quiet. No music anywhere, no one else on the beach, no public restaurant so it’s perhaps a nice place for couples or a family who want total privacy and peace rather than travelers that prefer a more of an atmosphere. The location is not in Mirissa town but is a short tuk tuk drive away. You can hear the ocean and road but it isn’t super loud. You cannot swim in the sea due to the strong current but if you walk down further there is a bay with calmer clear water.

We had an amazing stay at The Beach House by Reveal! The hotel impressed us with its excellent service and high level of comfort. The well-maintained grounds and breathtaking ocean views create a truly relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to the hotel manager and the entire staff for their care and dedication to protecting sea turtles – it’s truly heartwarming to see such a responsible approach to nature conservation. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the wonderful spa. We will definitely be back!

This was our favourite hotel out of our 10 day trip. It benefits from a boutique feel with a good level of privacy. We were fortunate that it was the offseason and they upgraded us for free to a sea view room for free. Dumin was amazing and really looked after us in the afternoon with drinks etc.. he even booked us a tuk tuk for the sunset at coconut hills. Room and breakfast more than met our expectations for the price.

Absolutely gorgeous room. Very accommodating staff. The outlook to the beach is spectacular and the pool area is very nice too. It was very private, being a small hotel with just a few rooms. The breakfast was excellent.

Nothing. We note for other travellers that this is a small hotel with only a few rooms - if you are expecting a commercial hotel with a concierge etc we recommend you stay somewhere else (this is not a complaint from us, however we unfortunately saw some other people at the hotel who seemed to be expecting this property to be the Marriott and were making loud and irrational complaints)

Awesome villa house by the beach, very comfortable and private, gorgeous room with terrace facing the beach, nice breakfast, excellent service.

We asked for a late checkout if possible and the reception manager promised to get back to us the following morning and said that in any case we could have stayed within the premises after check out. The following morning no one contacted us and when asking for an update we were told that the late checkout was not possible (which was absolutely fine) but that we also had to leave the premises after check out time because a big group was coming. We were then brought to a near by hotel instead. Nothing major, but maybe a little improvement in managing expectations.

The hotel was stunning and run by an excellent team. The room was beautifully appointed and clean, cool temperature, and quiet - just the sound from the ocean which was right out the window. The staff recommended a great restaurants nearby just up the private beach. We requested an appointment at the spa which the staff organised within minutes. We also got to see baby turtles from the hatchery next door released into the sea which was a highlight of our trip!

The suite we've stayed was lovely and had a private pool for us. The room had all the amenities that you might need, and the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast, both very nice and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Most of the towels and bedsheets provided were stained. Also in the furniture of the hotel which is not really nice to see. The price we paid for the room, I feel like it was overpriced.

It was perfect right on the beach in Marissa. The staff was attentive and frankly wonderful. I went for my birthday on a solo trip and they made all the arrangements for me. They help me go while watching they release baby turtles into the ocean. I had a special birthday dinner. They put They brought me a birthday cake and left me a gift in my room. It was just perfect.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property. I had my own guesthouse. I had my uncle Kuna the pool was perfect. The food was excellent as I literally have nothing bad to report.

Beautiful beach setting lovely pool and fabulous rooms overlooking the sea. This hotel is an intimate villa setting with discrete wonderful staff led by Indika. He gave us a wonderful stay. We had the pleasure of watching baby turtles hatch and make their way to the sea and watched nesting turtles. This was the highlight of our holiday. I cannot recommend this place enough

Leaving

Beautiful hotel. So luxurious. Perfect if you are after a quiet,peaceful few days away as there are few people around and you have the beach to yourself. Beachfront and a lovely pool. Breakfast was also good. We stayed for our honeymoon and they had petals on the bed, a nice touch. Staff were very nice.

It's a bit of a distance from the centre but easy to get in by tuk tuk.
