The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was bright, clean, and smelt wonderful!! The bed had SUPERIOR comfort with great pillows!! I loved that bed!! The TV was awesome!! The bathroom mirror was amazing. The iron worked really well on my super wrinkled shorts and the fridge kept my 7ups nice and chilled!!

The shower head didn't move and it sits awkwardly so you are pushed up against the marble wall on the right. BUT the shower pressure and shampoo/conditioner provided by squeeze pumps were EXCELLENT!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. All the appliances and equipment were fully functional. The bed was clean and comfortable. Great walk-in shower. Plenty of adjustable water pressure and hot water in the shower. The restaurant serves a great homemade breakfast and the prices are very reasonable.

Walls are rather thin. You are able to hear conversations outside and in the next room.

The room was very clean. The location was great - central to the town, next to an excellent Italian pizzeria/restaurant, and down the street from a convenience store/gas station. Good value compared to other hotels in the area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There was no breakfast included. They gave us a coupon for breakfast in the restaurant. I don't know what the prices were like as we needed to leave early and didn't have time to stay and eat. The walls were also thin and there was a very loud family in the room next to us with the TV blaring and young children up running around until midnight. I guess it's luck of the draw - would have been a very pleasant stay with quiet neighbors.

Breakfast was not included but there was a cafe. Prices weren't too high and the food was edible.

Sink needed to be snaked, would drain slowly and you could see debris float up from it. Shower head needed to be descaled.

This hotel is in a great location, very clean, friendly staff with the exception of 1.. Coffee was hot and plentiful. You get a 10% breakfast coupon for the attached restauran which is an added bonus great food. The omelet was so good and the prices were very reasonable.

Went to get coffee in the hotel lobby at night time. Asked if there was coffee in the pot. Dude at the front desk said "I dunno" and it was a very awkward situation. Also did not like that there was no ice tub in our room. BUT my main complaint is the strange man behind the desk.

Breakfast I ordered the 2 eggs with corn beef hash. The corn beef hash. The amount served on my plate you could put in a 2 ounce soufflé cup. You think you could afford to put a real serving on my plate and the hash was burned on the edges. The eggs were fine. Take a step back and look at what your serving.

Very clean and the sheets was tucked in very well. There's microwave and even fridge. Very clean.. For a motel this is pretty decent. Cleanliness is a very important to me. The front desk are very helpful and kind. Even in the restaurant, they're very attentive and friendly. For the price and the vicinity, very close to everything. Would highly recommend to come back here.

The bed is too hard, very uncomfortable. But everything is clean and that matters.

Loved that there was an affordable restaurant in the property. Nice Updated bathroom with touch light up mirror. Nice walk in shower.

The strong odor of cigarette smoke.

Close to caverns which was why we were in Luray. Clean room. Shower was awesome! But staff went above and beyond-they had a surprise in the room, per my request, for my daughter. She was leaving for college on Monday and this was one last trip before she left and the surprise helped to make it extra special!!

AC didn’t seem to cool efficiently. Ran on lowest temp on high all night and still got a little warm at times.
