The place is beautiful and very comfy. The room is very clean, quite close to the sea. It's fantastic to go to have a walk around the area with great views over Hout Bay. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants very close by. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. She even invited me to join a local quiz evening in a nearby cafe, such a great way to have a taste of local life. Finally, somehow, I even got a room upgrade! Thank you, Susan.

Beautiful part of Cape Town. The beach, nearby restaurants all in walking distance. The room is well equipped with small kitchen including fridge and microwave. We enjoyed the free wifi, TV with Netflix streaming and the solar backup power was a bonus. The host was really friendly and helpful.

It is advertised as bed and breakfast but there wasn't any. Other than that nothing else to complain.

Quite Neighborhood, Clean and well-kept room. Near restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. Friendly landlady and a friendly resident cat.

Just bear in mind that the kitchen is very small and is not really suitable for self-catering (no microwave or toaster) although it states that these appliances are available on booking.com, no bread knife or even a sharp knife. You cannot use the Shower when the washing machine next door is running, it uses the same cold feed, and you can get burns

Amazing clean nest , close to the beach and coffee shops restaurant market. Stephanie is very kind and friendly, warm welcome, super easy communication. (we didn't have a car, everything is walking distance) we will come again.

Kichen could have had better fitted with pots and pans and more cutlery than just a knife, fork & spoon but otherwise everything was perfect.

Owner assisted and was very accommodating. Went out of her way for us.

The accommodation was advertised as a B&B. No breakfast was served and was disappointing.

Superb location, really comfortable, very friendly host. We were made to feel like part of the family.
