Everything was great. The placement of the hotel, the people working there, the food, the cleanliness. I was so glad they had a gym and indoor pool too! You can park near the hotel and the beach (which is clean and very spaceous) is 3 minutes away. I disagree with people who didnt like the food, it was kept warm and we had a lot to choose from at breakfast amd dinner too, always something new to try. I am glad we choose this hotel! The guy at the recepcion in the afternoon always said hello and had a big smile so we felt very welcomed! 10/10 experience.

There was a staff member at breakfast who took away plates and she did make some mean comments about the people under her breath. We witnessed someone bringing outside a chair and placemat from the indoor area since they didnt want to sit inside but most of the outside tables were wet. The table wasnt wet where they moved the extra tablemat and chair and she yanked the tablemat out of their hands saying that it belongs inside. She did bring an other one but the behaviour was surreal considering how nice everyone else was. Also dinner was a bit late, it would be better to have from 5-6 pm.

We booked primarily because we were looking for a hotel suite with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. We also had a living area, a small kitchen area with a kettle, coffee machine and microwave and a large wraparound balcony. Very modern property with an outside pool. Location was very central and only minutes from the beachfront. Staff were all very helpful, breakfast was excellent.

Might have been nice to have had some more crockery and cutlery in the kitchen and a larger fridge.

Hotel with modern facilities and spotless room cleanliness. Breakfast and dinner were varied, tasteful and plentiful for multiple rounds. Soon as informed, the chef came out to speak with us due to allergy, and advised on foods to eat or not on first day. He took own initiative to do so for the remaining time of our stay, every evening. Pool area was very relaxing, never overcrowded and sunbeds were always available. Overall, a great experience, with staff friendliness and attention accross all Hotel functions being the Kyrat's strongest point. They made us feel very welcome and cared for.

Our balcony door was not locking but it was immediately sorted. One wardrobe door had a malfunction that could not be sorted. However, the hotel management offered us a late checkout to compensate for the inconvenience. Pool area could have an ambient music to create an atmosphere, but we enjoyed the quietness and this is just a suggestion.

As a family with 2 kids, we totally enjoyed our 7 days stay. The staff was really friendly, with a positive attitude and very helpful. The food (especially the dinner) was delicious and diverse.

We had a really bad experience with the rented bikes through the hotel. For the bike rental service I would give 1 star. Although I understand they are a different company, my suggestion to the hotel is to stop the collaboration with them. They affect your image in a negative way.

Second Year in a row and still amazed. Facilities are in good shape, everything is clean, Staff is nice. Modern and quiet A/C which works. We’ve been there last year and had an amazing stay. Same this year. Food is fresh and healthy, daily changing dishes. We will return next year.

The Room: Not very spacious, but impeccably clean and bright, with perfect A/C. The quality of the provided cosmetics was impressive. Kitchen: Breakfast was the same every day, but the wide selection allowed for endless combinations. Dinners were varied and included delicious seafood options. Location: Conveniently located near small shops, a supermarket, and numerous cafes/restaurants. The location is perfect, with a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away.

The best part about this hotel is that you feel really welcome during your whole stay. The staff is extremely friendly and service minded. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Even though the hotel was fully booked we never felt like it was too many people at the buffet, pool or sky bar. The location itself is also perfect both for couples or bigger groups. This was our 3rd time in this hotel!

It was a pretty nice location, 5 minutes to sea, quite a big room, swimming pool on the roof and options for sunbathing. Nice breakfast variety There is also a "sister" hotel with a rooftop bar and a nice view for coast line, and even the option to go for a sauna. It's small but hot :)

My wife declared upon entering this hotel that this will be our best vacation ever. After spending 6 days in this hotel, I have to confirm that she was right. It is an incredibly perfectly mixed mix of comfort, location, and at the same time, it is not a wannabe luxury home. The lady at breakfast really smiles at you, everyone there made sure that we enjoyed our vacation and relaxed. Breakfast - great! Dinner - too! What is really special is the size of the room, which had 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. It is priceless for a family with children. If you know that feeling when you're looking forward to going home on vacation, I really didn't have that feeling when I left Kyrat Suites today.

The location, comfort of the room, great dinner buffet and staff. Free parking 300 meters away and a skybar overlooking the beach 180 degrees (other building). Great value, especially with half-board and a discount.

The airco blows directly to your face in bed. Better to redirect the airflow or move the beds. Noisy guests late at night. A concierge could check upon this.
