the location was decently close to where we needed to be, very comfortable beds and as i stated before the location was really good, only a 9 - 10 minute ride to the shopping centers and most restaurants.

I chose not to add breakfast during my stay as i thought there were going to be local restaurants were i could have breakfast instead, when i realized that was not the case i ate breakfast there one time even though i had to pay, the total for 2 people was 700 Mexican pesos, i would have been ok with that had the food was good but 1) it was buffet style 2) even after we asked the cook that was there actually cooking some stuff such as omelets, pancakes and other stuff, the food was still very bland and we asked for omelets and chilaquiles and was very disappointed, so much so that for the rest of my stay i chose to pay an uber to drive me to different local places and pay half the price for far better quality food!

The room worked perfectly for us. The staff greeted us every time we ran into them and they would offer to clean our room every day (we opted out of room service 3 out of 4 nights). The front desk check in and checkbout process was easy and took less than 10 minutes total.

There was no good lighting near the mirrors in the room (this was only an inconvenience when my husband had to use the restroom when I was doing my make-up). The pool was a little dirty and overwhelming with bleach we only stayed for about 15 minutes

The staff was wonderful! They came to help when our door wouldn’t work and were so nice to let me print my interview notice at last minute for appointment! Saved us! The hotel is right across a beautiful park helped so much keep our kids busy!

The door kept messing up but maintenance was so quick to help and so nice!

It was well equipped with all that you need! Difficult for english speakers but staff was very cooperative in helping you sort out the issues and help with translators. Morning shift had someone who knew english. But overall a good fulfilling experience

Nothing in particular! A very conveniently located hotel

professional & friendly staff. the room is huge(!) and the bed is super comfortable. efficient aircon, wifi and shower. there are convenience stores within walking distance (Del Rio, S-Mart). there are many TV channels (movies, news, sports) and most of them are in English! special mention and Muchas Gracias to Luis & Luis at the restaurant por un excelente servicio! value for money. definitely recommended.

El area de reception, restaurant y lobby estaba demasiado frio no sabemos si no prendian la calefaccion o no servia, pero era imposible desayunar o tomar cafe

I really enjoyed all the staff being so friendly and helpful. We stayed there a full week and there was never any negative episode with any staff. I was impressed with the cleanliness. From the lobby, to the hallways and other walkways to the room itself. Next time I come back I will definitely stay there again.

Wifi on occasion would regularly disconnect.

Everything The staff make you feel like family. When checking in everyone knows your name. Generally takes 5 minutes to check in. Rooms always very clean all utilities work perfectly The food is always 5 stars here service is also.

That I had to leave so soon

We’ve been using urban crystal for about six years since 2018. We have never had any complaints.

We like the location, the indoor pool, the restaurant, and the way the staff takes care of us.

Even had day were it was full it was nice in peaceful in all areas.

Several maintenance problems minor but they took care of them after my request.
