The caretaker was very lovely. He met us at the accommodation and got the key from the lockbox for us even though we were emailed a code. He was also eager to show us the improvements that had been made to some of the other rooms. He made sure that we were well looked after and asked us each day if we wanted bikes. On our departure he noticed a flat tyre on our car and helped us to change this over to the spare.

We didn't know that there was going to be construction until after we got there, however this is only a minor thing. And the caretaker checked with us that were okay with construction starting at 8:30am.

The grounds were refreshingly luxuriant, clean and full of freely available amenities like swimming pool, open fire and central bbq. Plenty of open grassed areas for kids to play. Our room was recently refurbished with new kitchen and bathroom, nicely done and not a the usual cheap upgrade. The weather we encountered was delightful and we made plenty of use of the FREE use of the well kept bicycles that the hotel keeps on hand. Owners and manager were very helpful with local travel tips. Very good location, just out of town, and easy parking. Will be a returning guest for sure.

Hard to find any disappointing.

Communication prior to arrival was clear and easy to follow. Parking was free and even though there was a lock box for the keys I was met by the maintenance man who lives on site. He was delightful and explained all the extras! He even showed us through the rooms that could be interconnected for larger groups. The rooms had recently been renovated and everything was sparkling, fresh and new. Linen and towels were crisp and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the implements and crockery required. We did not cook but all supplies meant we could have if we were there for more than one night. Outdoor sitting area in front of the pool was very comfortable clean and welcoming. Each room also had a private table and chairs outside at the back as well. Lounge seating was more than adequate for two couples and the tv had all streaming services. Nothing not to like about this place.

There was nothing to complain about it was all wonderful. The only thing was we did have to drive into town rather than walk as it was on the edge of Bright. The accommodation came with free bikes which we could have ridden on the bike trail which runs to right past the place but it was not the weather for it. As we drove in there were many Chinese lanterns hanging around the driveway and seating area near the pool. It was a bit strange as it didn’t seem to fit the location. However when it got dark the lights came on and it was very very pretty!

We loved our stay. Perfect place for a family of four with two active tweens. The unit was nice and clean and look freshly renovated. It had everything we needed. We borrowed bikes to go for a ride along the rail trail (remember to byo helmets). Boys loved the trampoline and pool and so enjoyed relaxing in the gazebo. Russel the caretaker is lovely and ready to assist with whatever you need (eg. new bbq wipes). We absolutely loved Bright. Looks of river swimming, rock skimming and bike rides. Just perfect.

Our 2 bedroom unit was spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Good quality bed linen and pillows and 2 towels per person for a 4 night stay. One tea towel, bath mat, hand towels and face washers, as well as an oven mitt were provided. Bathroom facilities were good. Shower room and hand basin with a separate toilet, but you do have to walk through the bathroom to access the toilet. For the first time anywhere I've stayed, I found that there were good knives, a can opener and even a corkscrew bottle opener (thankfully as we had a bottle of wine with a cork) as well as a sieve, a baking tray and some cling wrap and aluminium foil. It would have great to have had some cooking oil and coffee grounds for the plunger, but there were a few tea bags, instant coffee and 2 small milks in the fridge. There were 4 large dinner plates, 4 bowls, 4 bread and butter plates, 4 mugs and 4 wine glasses and 4 water glasses. Cutlery - also 4 of everything. The in ground pool looked beautiful but as it was cool when we stayed so we didn't use it. The care taker Russell kept the outdoor Coonarra stoked and it attracted many to sit around it. Colourful lanterns adorn the grounds which are beautifully kept. There's a giant chess set, trampoline, bikes and comfortable outdoor couches and chairs. It backs onto a bike track and is close to Bright and also the Canyon Walk/Trail which is a very nice walk. One evening we ate next door at Pepperberry, which is in Hara House. Food was delicious but book in advance as it's busy. The owners of Adina Lodge, Kim and Mike were welcoming and helpful. My friend and I will return in the future as we really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing we didn't like, but some little suggestions to include a couple of plastic containers for those of us who like to take picnics on bush walks and store left over food. Also be great to have some egg cups and plastic plates to use if BBQ ing

Comfortable in every way & nicely furnished. Excellent location, quiet, lovely surroundings. Located a little way outside of Bright township itself but close enough and easy to get to. Good beds, a good shower too. The outdoor area is well maintained & a feature of this accommodation. There is a private area out the back of each unit with a table & BBQ (& nice garden) and in front is the communal public area which features a pool, tables, play area for children & lovely sitting area. The nightly camp fires are a real highlight & enjoyed by all. Plenty of bikes too & they are good bikes as well, free of charge for guests. Kim & Mike the owners are great, very responsive & truly likeable folk. Russell is on-site & also a great guy. I highly recommend this accommodation.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Adina. Firstly we were offered an extra night and an upgrade to a larger apartment at no charge when we were unable to arrive on the scheduled date because of a medical event, and our hosts were extremely helpful in every way. The unit was very well equipped - little extras such as Gladwrap and Alfoil were provided - as well as other kitchen essentials. The bed was the most comfortable we had slept in for,the previous 3 weeks of travelling. There were laundry facilities, pool, BBQ, play area for kids etc. The units were a short walk from the centre of Bright. The onsite caretaker was always available if we had any,questions.

A very tidy and well maintained property with multiple breakout areas in the gardens (lounge area, pool, table tennis etc) with a short stroll to the river, cycle path, and easy walk into the local town. Loved the quiet location, beautiful trees and the many facilities provided. The room provided was super comfortable, recently renovated and had everything we needed while staying in Bright.

Nothing, everything was spot-on

The complex is well maintained and lovely with lots of trees. We loved the open fire pit and used that at night several times. Russell and Deb the caretakers were really friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The location of Adina Lodge was terrific. Just out of the business of Bright village but close to great walks and the rail trail. I would highly recommend a stay here. We loved it.

The bed and bedroom was really cosy and clean. It was just by the side of the rail trail which we were travelling on. There was also a secure bike shed. The groundskeeper was also really kind and made sure we were looked after during our stay.

The living area was really cold inspite of having the heater on. The kitchen facilities outside were really nice, but it was a little cold for us QLDers to be outside in the winter
