It was available for the night. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. The shampoo,etc. was full size and nice for a hotel as I didn't bring my own. Everything was clean. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. The ac worked well too.

Only one elevator was working, so it was kind of annoying if I had to say something I didn't like because the hotel was packed and I was on the third floor. My fridge was not plugged in when I got there, and I really needed it to be. The TV channels were really limited and not listed correctly on the guide or the printout. I was just bored. At least it was clean, and everyone was nice, though.

The hotel is clean and modern. There is always water, lemonade, coffee at the reception. The room is clean. The beds are comfortable. There are good canned cleaning products in the bathroom; shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, liquid soap, make-up. Coffee machine and coffee accessories. It is possible to open the window a little. Very good breakfast: omelet, turkey sausage (!), potatoes, toast, yogurt, apples, bananas, pastries, porridge. I really liked the hotel.

There were gray stains on the sheet, there were huge holes on the curtain in the bathroom, there were holes on the curtain and the chair. There is a large coffee stain on the carpet between the beds. There was no hard soap. Stale smell in the room.

Place was very clean. Room smelled nice. Breakfast was good.

We stayed there 3 nights and didn’t get to enjoy the pool because we felt worried and uncomfortable getting in due to the fact that the light from the pool was out of its socket and wires were floating in the water. We made front desk aware and the lady told us not to get in, to be in the safe side. But they never closed it down and other people did get in. It was like that for our entire stay there.

The lighting, Not bright enough because it's all lamps throughout and you have to walk to each lamp to cut on and off. In such scenario, if you had one switch that cuts them on that would have been better. Please consider putting overhead main lights in the ceiling. Bathroom had a unique lighting but still not bright enough. A small sink in the coffee station Inside the room would be nice as well rather than going to the bathroom to get the water.

The size of the room was nice. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I also liked how clean everything was. I really liked how I didn't have to check out with someone at the counter and just had to drop my card keys off in the box.. thing.

I dont think it was worth the price I paid (over $100 for 1 night). I also didn't like the view from the window of my room. There was a shoe out there for some reason. The size of the room was nice, but it looked like something was missing from the corner of the room. There's just a big empty space there. I also didn't like that the AC was so close to one of the beds.

For the value of this property, I appreciated that the room was large and clean overall. The gentleman at the front desk was also very welcoming and friendly. Also liked that there was complimentary water, lemonade, and cookies available to guests near the front desk/in the lobby area.

Unfortunately there was a bit of mold above the toilet in the bathroom. Thankfully we were only in the room for one night and so I did not feel the need to request a change in room.

Not a very hospitable neighborhood Impossible to walk around, some outside cars park outside on the street. The hotel is really comfortable, nice and courteous staff. Great selection for breakfast.

The toilet seat was loose, had to screw it back and it went loose again. The Keurig machine did not work, the turn table of the microwave was a little more bigger than it should. The little refrigerator was too old, it was not cool enough and it was kind of limping as if the floor was not even. We told the clerk when we checked out and she apologized for the inconvenience and took note of. I just forgot to let her know about the refrigerator now that I remember.

It was clean . The bed was comfortable. The outside area was will lit. My 11 year old grandson really enjoyed the breakfast.

I thought the breakfast needed more variety. There was sausage everyday, but only one day with bacon. Too many carbs , only two yogurt flavor choices and breakfast area needs to be reworked for better flow.

Newly renovated! We arrived to a cool, very clean & comfortable room. The staff were amazing.

Once I put the location for navigation, I did finally get there but it was very hard to find based on the location being on the side of a street. Also, the very familiar Holiday Inn logo is completely hidden from seeing and the main entrance for the hotel lobby is off to the side. I was in Texas during a heatwave, and I was looking forward to taking my grandchildren swimming in the pool & it was outside & behind the gate with no shaded area for adults to sit.
