It was amazing! The room was gorgeous, really spacious. The pools were both clean and a joy to swim in. The staff were incredible! Best service we have ever received.

There wasn’t a great deal of choice in Brissago for other restaurants. The hotel restaurant was exceptional but pricey. There was a great pizzeria next door but they were the only two we could find.

Everything was amazing, the room is well equipped and comfortable, the bathroom is new and very clean. Very professional and pleasant staff. Fantastic view, highly recommended to visit.

Everything was excelent (accomodation, food, interior abd outdoor design). The personal , especially Signore Chistiano Rossi, was very helpfull and pleasent. Thank you to all stuff for such a wonderfull stay.🥰

Staff is extremely kind and shows care for their guests, especially in the restaurant area. Great location, very clean, nice view over the mountains and lake. Solid pool and spa area.

Breakfast and Dinner were great. Dinner was a bit expensive but delicious. Breakfast was delicious and one can order to the room. Fantastic to eat with lake view.

The room was not very nice to the eye. Old uncomfortable sofa. Bad lighting and alcohol free mini bar. No AC but ceiling fan instead. Not bad but not amazing as well. Not a place you want to spend much time. Balcony very large and beautiful views.

Rooms and balcony with view are great. Continental breakfast ist decent.

Restaurant food is not really worth the price.

My apartament view a breathtaking view of Maggiore Lake was big enough and the breakfast was fancy!

Sofa for the kids wasn't so comfortable and the hair dryer was dirty and full of hair of the previous client!

Electric toilet seat kept opening every time you walk in bathroom, even if not near to it, then had to hear a loud peeping noise when it shuts automatically again, annoying at night. No hot water at night.

A little bit of a hidden gem, a smallish hotel which we enjoyed. What we appreciated especially is the large size room with a large size balcony, comfortable for 3 people too. We enjoyed lounging in the sun by the pool, and were happy to discover that there was an indoor pool for when it rained. The hotel also has its own swimming platform on the lake. There is currently no breakfast buffet but I loved the way they have solved this by offering a number of breakfast menus each including bread basket, fruit or smoothie, fried/scrambled/boiled egg etc, cold cuts or pancake… once it was all on the table it looked as if you had been to a buffet. Everyone was very friendly.
