A great place to spend some quality family time. The pool was excellent, exploring the extensive grounds, playing huge chess and mini-golf... The breakfast was outstanding. The view from our room was brilliant - watching epic storms come down the valley was a highlight. It was very family friendly.

It wasn't super hot when we were there, but even then air conditioning would have been very welcome. The fan in the room helped, but it was still uncomfortably warm at night. The shower was a bit on the small side.

It was a wonderful experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment and an outstanding view. The staff were amiable and attentive, making our stay very enjoyable. We also loved the swimming pool, the restaurant, & the kids' corner ... One of the standout features was how pet-friendly the hotel was. They provided a gift and treats for our dog and even offered dog-sitting services for our puppy, which was a fantastic convenience.

The bathroom was quite small, especially for a room designed for four people. While it didn’t significantly detract from our stay, a larger bathroom would certainly enhance the comfort for guests.

The view is absolutely amazing and the area is very clean. Friendly staff.

The aircondition did not work properly and couldnt cool our room at all. The parking fee was a little expensive. On top of this you have to pay extra for a coffeemashine (standard hotel equipment), if you for example want to play minigolf etc.

Very Familyfriendly, alot to explore around the facility. The Staff at the reception and also the restaurant where very friendly and welcoming. The view obviously was stunning.

The room hasn't got aircon installed, there was a fan which safed us. We only stayed 3 nights, so ok we didnt took the offer from the hotel to exchange the bedsheets for cooler ones. But if we would have stayed for a week ,we probably would have done it.

Large property with many facilities - pool, tennis court, mini golf, billiard table, fussball table, piano , board games. Lovely breakfast

The image of the pool area is deceiving… we thought the property backed onto the lake. It is instead up on the hill - only a short walk down to the street and the lake, but no lake activities as part of our stay as we were hoping. Lovely property still.

The view of Lago Maggiore was exceptional. The hotel seats above the village, which provides an exceptional view. There is a dedicated pool area that is very relaxing and separated from the main hotel ground. The breakfast/dining terrace with a complete view of Lago Maggiore is also exceptional. Excellent breakfast with multiple options of great quality. It's a10-minute walk to the village of Brissago, with a wonderful promenade along the lake and quality restaurants.

The bathroom was tiny and in comparison to everything else a bit outdated.

This place offers a stunning view of the lake. Staff are very lovely. There was only 1 fan in the room, no aircon so I found it almost impossible to sleep because of how hot it was.

You have to pay for parking even though you have paid for accommodation and to use their “facilities” which I found a bit annoying, we ended paying about 15 pounds to park a motorbike!? Breakfast is not included and it costs 25 Euros per person!

The hotel has a beautiful garden with a pool and many children’s facilities both outdoors and indoors with stunning views from every spot. Our room was nice with a balcony overlooking the lake.

The east facing rooms were a bit hot. We were surprised that coffee machine and kettle were charged extra.

It was warm and humid in night. There was a fan in the room but and Air conditioner would have been better

Stunning views and clean room, comfortable beds

The room didn’t have any extra amenities such as water boiler nor coffee machines (or not even soluble coffee)! Would have been great to have that for tea or coffee!
