Everything was perfect from the rooms and design but the thing that made my stay more enjoyable The hotel staff were all very nice Especially Daviede at the reception, he was very professional, welcoming and helpful his wife also was very nice and always asked us if we needed anything Finally, I can say that the staff made my stay at the hotel more beautiful and comfortable, so thank you all for this wonderful experience

Everything was perfect

For us an ideal location to spend the night (and enjoy breakfast) on our way to out final destination in Italy (meaning : after passing the Gotthard and relatively close to the highway) ... the host was extremely service-oriented and even provided us with short video's via Whatsapp as to where to park our car and how to enter the facilities with a securily stored key (this due to our very late arrival ... after 11PM) Rooms are big/spacious and very clean ... breakfast is divers so you'll always find something you like

The bathroom had a bad smell most of the time, one towel didn't look very clean. We had to come back at noon to pick up something but there wasn't anyone at reception, and the back door didn't work, so we could not get inside

Regina is very kind and welcoming, location is great, breakfast was very good, the room and bed was very comfortable for the parents (less comfortable for the 3rd person in the room). Late check in is possible, until 9pm, and that is also an advantage, and self check-in is possible even later than 9pm but fortunately I didn't have to use it. Private parking is very convenient, though isn't for free (costs 15 CHF).

The second bed, the bed for the 3rd person, is a actually a sofa that opens up for a bed, and it is not very comfortable. But of course, if you are only 2 persons in the room then that isn't an issue at all. Also, in my case, for some reason breakfast was not included in my booking and I had to pay for it at the property (10 CHF per person after special discount Regina kindly granted me), which costs more than when reserving the room with breakfast included (16 CHF for all).

Charming stay in a pitoresque swiss-italian village. Location is central (4 min walk away from the train station) and the surroundings are very authentic and charming. The stay offers continental breakfast and private parking (additional cost). The building is equipped with an elevator (very handy when carrying luggage). At breakfast, you will be served tasty coffee made on the spot at a barista-level espresso machine. Be sure to profit from your included Ticino transport pass!

The bed mattress was too soft (more than the usual variance), giving a sinking feeling.

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The aircon was a welcome comfort at the height of summer. We bought food at a local supermarket and ate it in the dining room, and the staff were happy for us to use their crockery and cutlery. Parking was available at the back of the property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best accommodations on our two week trip. Highly recommended.

Very modern and clean. Great little town, not much to do around the hotel, but that is what we were looking for.

I thought I booked the breakfast, but was told I needed to spend $18 extra per person. Was not interested in that so we skipped breakfast.

We loved staying at Regina. The manager was kind and accommodating and my son and I looked forward to seeing her in the mornings. The location was ideal to walk to the lake and the train station.

It’s a new, comfortable space that feels like home away from home. The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel like a part of their family. And let's not forget the mouthwatering homemade dinner – it's like a taste of comfort and care in every bite. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I'd happily relive.
