Both Pools are great. View from the terrace fantastic. Public transport right at its doorstep. No screaming kids so you can actually relax by the pool!!

When booking on booking.com, it said breakfast was included. Apparently, dinner would‘ve been included too but that was nowhere stated and the staff of the hotel failed to inform us so. For a Kurhaus we expected the food to be a bit healthier and vegan friendly. There wasn‘t even plant based milk for your coffee at the breakfast buffet, also no plant based yogurt and no declarations on the bread/pastries on what‘s vegan or not. The AC in our room was very loud. Someone came and put a towel in there, which made the AC stop working. Luckily it was on our last night, so we just slept with the window open.

Generally this hotel is a really good one. We loved our holiday there. The view from the hotel is amazing, unforgettable. The spa and the pools were perfect. The staff at the reception and at the pool was always extremely kind. There are a lot of possibilities to spend your time - in the hotel and nearby too.

We were there one week long, so the breakfast was a little bit borring for us. The dinner is overpriced, however we were well informed about prices of Switzerland. One or two times the cleaning ladies didn't care our rooms, and the vacum cleaner and the cleanbox was always on the corridor.

The view on the lake from the hotel is amazing. The hotel is extremely dog friendly our furry family member felt very comfortable. The restaurant staff is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed a romantic dinner with our dog on the lake view terrace. Hiking around in the area was beautiful.

The breakfast buffet area is small in comparison to the amount of people/tables. The tube of the milk of the coffee machine was very dirty (bacteria dirty (dark brown).We informed the staff and showed a picture on the first day. It still wasn’t cleaned on the second day…

The hotel's location offered both amazing and stunning views, and the iconic building was easily recognizable and accessible. Car parking was convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. Both the food and the spa experience were exceptional. Additionally, we were fortunate to have wonderful weather during our stay.

A beautiful peaceful hotel, amazing Spa and treatments. The view is stunning- even though 2 days it was foggy - when it cleared up we were amazed. To be high above the clouds and see the lake. Beautiful ! The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Room was super comfortable and quiet and spacious.

The only thing to take in consideration is that it’s far from town. It’s about 45 min to Lugano. However if you like staying at one place and eating all your meals there - than it’s a positive..

Pool with great view. If clear you can see Mountains and the lake from high. Nice tranquil location Saunas to my opinio were great. Breakfast was tasty and good quality. Selection always depends on what you like to eat and culture. not everything can be offered. for me as long as bacon and eggs are welll made, coffe was aswell good and different breads were available. And some sweets options to add.

- Pool was super nice but had to my comfort too much chlorine. dont know hoch much is required by regulations. Even a 30 min stay left my a bit dry skin and a lot of chlorine smell still after showers.

Perfect location for a relaxation getaway surrounded by mountains and Forest. The SPA facilities are out of this world especially the pools and jacuzzis indoor which leads to outdoors overlooking the lake and Mountains. Simply fantastic after a morning trekking in either of the nearby forests we use to indulge and relax at the SPA. Very good variation in breakfast at their restaurant again with fanstastic views of the underneath town of Cademario and the Ticino Lake and surrounding Mountains. There is Free Parking with plenty of parking spaces and all the Staff are super friendly. We would definitely come again.

We dined on 2 evenings at the hotel's only restaurant The Radici and loved it, but it would have been more nice to have another restaurant apart from the a la carte limited menu. And perhaps at the bar they can include some snacks and desserts to accompany hot beverages. We would have dined every day there instead of having to drive down and up the mountain again in the evening to find other alternatives. Besides that there is nothing more to say as everything else was perfect.

So we arrived and checked in to a room with a garden view. This room was clean, pleasant but felt just like every other premium hotel experience. There is nothing special about these rooms and I would recommend you upgrade to a balcony (lake / sea view) room. We went straight back to reception and upgraded. The sea view rooms are bigger with a large balcony which was impressive, the views however are amazing. The spa is lovely and the food in the restaurant for the half board was good.

The swimming pool / spa could do with a refurb. A lot of tiles were loose or missing. Some of the buttons to activate bubbles were broken.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The facilities of the hotel were great.

The hotel it’s located on the top of the hill and to get there you need to drive 30 min from Lugano on a narrow road with lot of corners. The breakfast just include scramble eggs if you want other you have to pay more. Although its is said that its adults only when I was at dinner and breakfast there was a little children of maybe 2 years old with her mother and grandmother

Wonderful Hotel with an amazing view. Beautiful spacious Spa with Pools and Sauna. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Great food from Restaurant and Bar. Friendly and helpful stuff. Electric charging available. Nice Breakfast. I will definitely visit this place again

Great food from the restaurants, but it would have been nice to have a different lunch menu (lunch and dinner menu are the same) -> the menu from the Bar for example would be amazing for lunch.
