The Hotel building is relative new and in good and modern condition. The rooms were very clean and all in good order. There is a self check-in and it worked fine. The Hotel has a restaurant, where we had both dinner and breakfast. The restaurant is very good and especially the dinner we had was of high quality and standart. We were allowed to bring our dog to the restaurant. The hotel is conveniently near to the highway less than a 10 minuts drive.

The area where the hotel is situated consists of small industry buildings and ordinary houses. There is absolutely nothing to see or do in the area. The prices in the restaurant are in the high end and there are no alternatives in the area. (The food and service were however very good).

CP resort is a fair and affordable option to stay for a one-day stop if you are driving far, or for a few nights. Quick self-check-in, available 24/7, what makes things very easy. Also, there's a good parking behind the hotel, with plenty of space (at least at the night I was there). It's only 20 min from Lugano, if you are driving or by taxi. I didn't try it because I arrived late, but the restaurant downstais looks great. Worth a check is you are hungry. Shower was very good.

The only think i didn't like muche was the bed, too hard for me. But well... this is 100% personal taste.... no a problem if you prefer it.

This small apartment/hotel complex is AMAZING!!! It's a bit off the beaten path, but not far from the highway. There is an excellent restaurant located on the grounds, where we ate after our arrival. They have a beautiful outside terrace. We booked 2 rooms, with single beds. The room was very clean, and the shower was more the perfect! Unfortunately, I forgot to book a room with breakfast, but we found a nice place in town. I easily could have stayed more nights and will definitely be back, on my next trip driving to and from Italy!

I like how clean and spacious it was, even though I got a single room there was plenty of space, with a big kitchen which is rare. Cleaning was done everyday, the breakfast was great. And you feel like you’re almost alone at the hotel because of self check in services and privacy

The WiFi worked well only in one spot of the room. That’s the only thing that bothered me during the stay

Some noise from the main entrance door falling shut. It was fine when I closed the second door to my room within my appartment. No leisure areas outside your appartment except bistro. Also only Terrestric TV reception. Italian channels only. Use free wifi for streaming.

While it might not boast elegance, the quality of the rooms was undoubtedly impressive. The decor was simple yet cozy, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of the CP resort is the presence of a fully-equipped kitchen. Despite its location in what appears to be an industrial area, I was pleasantly surprised by how serene and quiet the surroundings were. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free and the complimentary parking was a definite bonus, eliminating the stress of finding a spot for your vehicle. While the CP Resort is situated a bit far from the main city centers, it's remarkably well-connected and easily reachable by car.

Thank you to Carlos and the CP Resort team for letting us check in 4 hours early as we needed to drop our dog off before heading into an important meeting. We also needed to add one more night to our stay and the process was seamless. The facilities were super clean and very modern. The self-check in system is great, but the best part is the the super easy check out, I wish all other hotels were like this!

Unfortunately no grass patch and place for dog waste at or near the hotel. The bistro has beer on tap which is great, but the food is so bleh, better to check out the grotto up in the hills 15 mins from the hotel.

I recently stayed at the CP Resort Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Flexible and self checkin, private parking, quiet place, clean and spacious room and hotel with restaurant, coffee and water on arriving

We live in room above the restaurant and heard a little mucis, but it's not disturbing and happened not at early morning

This place is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms and bathroom are large. The beds were very comfortable. Location is in a nice quiet area about a 10 min car ride from Lugano.

I honestly didn’t find anything I disliked or found unsatisfactory.
