Apartment was set up to actually allow cooking. Good variety of utensils, pots, etc.

The self-check in was a bit complicated and would have been a disaster had the manager not been onsite and available

We had a fantastic experience staying at Swiss Hotel Apartments in Lugano. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-located, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the difference was the exceptional service from Askar. He went above and beyond to assist us, from check-in to local recommendations. He kindly shared the location of a beautiful beach (Lido di Lugano), which turned out to be a perfect spot to relax. Askar’s professionalism, friendliness, and personal attention made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lugano, you’ll be in great hands.

In the bedroom the aircon was not properly installed. The nights were very hot

Great and helpful host who was readily available (in person and on Whatsapp) and was keen to help and provide informaiton as needed. The rooms are tidy and well equipped (esp. from a cooking utensil perspective). Rooms are also quite efficiently laid out. The master bedroom is quite large. Hotel also kindly provided a nice sized baby cot for our use! Location is in a quite neighbourhood but we were also close to the center of town

We were a family of 5 adults and 1 baby. While we were comfortable it was at times quite cosy. If we were to do it again with the same group, I will probably go for 2 rooms and split the group up.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

The checking in system was terrible Tried to check in online and received loads of emails with complex instructions on how to access the place - none of it worked when I arrived. Luckily there was still someone in reception who answered the bell. If I had arrived after 6 I wouldn't have been able to get in

The location and staff

The bad wasn’t comfortable

Spacious, extremely clean, efficient aircon, excellent range of appliances - large fridge/freezer, combo oven/microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, bidet toilet, electronic safe. Salt and pepper grinders and olive oil was a nice touch. Quiet location about 10mins easy walk to lakefront or town centre. 2 mins from bus stop to railway station (all public transport in Ticino free with Ticino pass which can be requested from reception)

Great apartment with everything you need. Great space for luggage, walk in closet!

The beds were terrible, this was the only downside of this place. Both my husband and I experienced the same and we are completely different weight. Unfortunately this impacted sleep and hence the overall experience. Put a thin matrass on top (I think there beds are intended to have this) and it will be better. I would otherwise not stay here again.

Everything was beyond what I expected. Fabulous apartments...!

I arrived after 6pm and unfortunately, the offices were closed by then. The offices close at 6pm. There was no one to handle the keys to the apartments. The online description on how to enter the apartments was rather very complicated and did not work for me. I had to wait for 30minutes for someone to come assist me on that issue. That was really the only issue I had. Everything else was just amazing.
