We had the most spectacular stay at Aria as part of our honeymoon - it was utter paradise. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the most friendly, kind staff. They took time to get to know us and made our stay extra special. Matteo, Christian, Giuseppe, Alice, all the spa staff were just fantastic. Our room was equipped with beautiful amenities and was exceptionally clean, modern and spacious. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast is served in the room and the selection was fantastic - special shout out the chefs for accommodating my vegan dietary needs. They went out of their way to make off-the-menu items. The spa was brilliant, with beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the sauna. The treatments were also top quality. The indoor and outdoor heated pools were great too. We ate at La Musa one evening and enjoyed every course. The setting is quiet and intimate. I would highly recommend booking one meal there during your stay. We will no doubt be returning! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special!

Wish we could have stayed longer

Wow, wow, wow! My wife and I have stayed in some of the most luxurious hotels around the world and the Aria is up there with them. This hotel is a hidden gem for visiting the lake Como area. It is located on lake Laguna - NOT Como. This was perfect though, it was so peaceful and away from the crowds you get around Lake Como and you’re only 15/20 minute drive from it all. The hotel, Spa, rooms and its staff are outstanding and the views are to die for. My wife and I are party people, I’m a DJ but this place was just sooo relaxing, it was just what we needed for a relaxing break. I have to mention the room, Junior sweet with lake view, it is huge with an amazing terrace and very luxurious - 100% we’ll be coming back! Well done Aria xxx

The only one thing was the hot tub could have been set at 38/39C!

Whether you’re taking a quick dip in the pool or enjoying a moment in the sauna, you’re never far from those spectacular lake views. Overall, Aria Retreat & Spa is an idyllic escape for anyone looking to relax far from the bright lights and bustle of city life. If you value tranquility, impeccable service, and the luxury of waking up each day to postcard-worthy scenery, this retreat will not disappoint. We can’t wait to return!

Nothing really, it was an amazing place

Everything about this place is top notch. Incredible staff top to bottom. Even when leaving the resort, you mention what you want to do and it is set up perfectly. I could go on and on about the service and how great the people that provide the service are but won’t ramble. All the facilities are incredible and there wasn’t even a minor issue (not even something that inconvenienced us for 5 seconds). One of the best stays you can have when you’re looking to relax while also being close to Lugano and the heart of Lake Como. It doesn’t get much better than this place and the people that make everything there work!

Considering it is a retreat/spa located between towns, the food could be a little better. This is NOT the chef’s fault; the food from the supplier is where the improvement can be made. Would happily pay a higher price for higher quality food at the Aria

Our family enjoyed our stay at Aria retreat and spa. Our suite was spacious, modern and very clean. All the stuff was very pleasant, attentive and always help when it’s needed. La Musa restaurant is amazingly delicious. We also enjoyed our lunch at Dolce Vita Lounge and Terrace. Kids loved the kids club and Il Basilico pizza place. The pizza is fantastic. My husband and I also had a great massages and other treatments and enjoyed the SPA a lot. Thanks Aria Retreat and Spa for such a wonderful memories !

I recently stayed at Aria retreat and spa, and highly recommend it. The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was immaculate with stunning views, and the amenities, including the fitness center, spa, and pool, were excellent. The restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu. Exceptional service made my stay truly enjoyable. Whether for business or leisure, this is an outstanding choice.

The view was breathtaking, the penthouse that we stayed in was enormous, it had a big terrace with front lake view , we had breakfast in our apartment, that had a dining room, every morning someone brought and arranged everything in the room. It exceeded our expectations!! I highly recommend this hotel. It is 10/10!

Most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Scenery is mind blowing, almost makes you not want to sleep because you can’t stop looking at the amazing mountains, sky lake and more… Staff made you feel like the most important people on them planet. I loved how they come to your door in the evening to provide you with snacks and drinks.

Definitely a retreat not just a name everything you want is there and more the staff are incredible and the whole premise is huge and beautiful the views are breathtaking and so is the suite is incredible and seems new welcome snacks were there the parking area is very good If you are willing to calm your nerves for a while it’s the place to visit oh and the bathroom was incredible as well it’s too good to be true it’s like your own haven that you can enjoy
