Cool hotel, friendly stuff Very clean Comfortable beds

Getting to the hotel from the centers is tiring due to the road. You need to drive up mountains to get there. You should take this into consideration. I didn't like the breakfast. There was nothing to eat. Just jars of jam and butter, coffee, and cornflakes The breakfast price is high for what they offer.

It was very clean, the bed was super comfy, the breakfast was varied and had everything we needed. The evening meals were amazing. The staff were super friendly and accommodating despite our inability to speak Swiss Italian!

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The Mountain View wasn’t quite a mountain but it didn’t matter or make a difference to the stay.

The hotel is situated in a small mountain village with great views but twisty roads. The room was spacious enough for one with a large en-suite which had a good shower. There is a restaurant which was very busy and the food was excellent. Breakfast was continental with a decent choice. The staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I’d happily stay here again.

I found the duvet a bit heavy for the warm weather but that was probably just me.

The food, both for breakfast and evening dinner was of a high standard and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The position is great to explore the Alto Malcanatone.

Perfect place for a getaway weekend or even longer. The food,🍤 the service💁‍♀️, the friendly staff, the breathtaking views🏞️ are undoubtedly some of the best I have ever had. You really feel the warmth of the people there and the nature surrounding you can really recharge you. The hotel🏩 is a bit old but very well maintained, I felt like in a castle🏰 somehow and the wine🍷, you should really try the ticinese one, is devine. From there are a lot of hiking🥾 and cycling🚵‍♀️ routes, uphill and downhill, for more sporty and well trained people. I could definitely live there 😊

I think it would be better if there would be a mosquito net at the room window.

We really liked the clean and neat room, nice view to the garden. The staff was friendly. We had 2 really good dinners there with refreshing prossecco. Really happy.

The breakfast was missing any vegetables/eggs. There was no white yoghurt without sugar. The rooms were super hot, no A/C.

Nice little hotel, rooms are basic but very clean and well kept. Everything works. Restaurant is really nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Very good base for excursions to various attractions.

Simple accommodations, very basic, nothing fancy, but that was more than ok with me.

we were pleasantly surprised by the location at the top of a mountain not far from Lugano, the great restaurant downstairs, excellent breakfast and very pleasant personnel.

It was perfect for us for one night travelling from Germany to France.

in the middle of nature, good starting point for hikes. Restaurant is very good. Breakfast is good. staff is very nice. Free parking in front of hotel. No dog fee. We had a room with a garden view and it was very quiet.

very good breakfast, very nice location close to MTB trails and hiking tracks, restaurant must be good as well but we did not get a table. big parking space. all very tidy and clean.

rooms are tidy and clean but they are somewhat outdated. beds are quite soft but this is a matter of preference.
