We stayed at the Hyatt Place DFW on our way out of town. My friend I checked in and was greeted by Debora- she is amazing and such a lovely lady. She was so friendly and helpful. She checked us in, set up our shuttle for the next am and was our bar tender!!. Benny was very nice and helpful as well. I left on the 5am shuttle so I did not have the full breakfast, but there was a few items available for us, which was nice. Everyone was so nice, helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. We will definitely be back!!!

That I had to leave early in the am and didn't get to enjoy breakfast!!

Pretty much everything beginning with the airport shuttle responding quickly to our request to be picked up, followed by a very sharp, professional and friendly front desk manager who made check in easy—a nice way to end a long day of travel. The suite was large, clean, quiet and the room temperature was perfect. We had a very early flight in the morning, but we slept really well in a very comfortable bed and were able to have a six am full breakfast before being picked up by the shuttle that delivered us to the airport at seven, plenty of time to check in, go through security and have plenty of time to get to our gate. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

The hotel personnel was welcoming from the beginning. I got a room at the top floor. Very clean and modern. Everything in the room was functional. The bed was very comfortable. I used the gym and pool. Excellent facilities. I ate at the restaurant of the hotel (The Placery). The food was extremely good (including the breakfast). The shuttle to and from the airport is the best feature of this hotel. Made my travel extremely comfortable and easy. In particular the driver from December 13, 2024 at 6:30 am, was very respectful of us and very helpful with the luggage. His services made me feel truly taken care of. The hotel was lovely, nicely decorated for Christmas, the pool was amazing, the personel was very nice and attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel and will return.

The breakfast was a true delight! Everything you could ask for! So nicely presented…I hated to leave after just one night…the rooms were amazing, great beds, so quiet even though you are next to a busy airport. …the staff is more than well-trained….they are working from the heart. Each person is addressed as they get close to the desk. There is no way someone could feel ignored. It’s like a big family. I loved it. I cannot wait to have an excuse to come to the DFW again and need a room near the airport!

The hotel was very clean and had easy access to rental car return. In fact you can return your rental car and walk to the hotel. The staff was wonderful, and gave me great recommendation on restaurants to eat in the area. the breakfast good. love the fact they had fresh hard boiled eggs instead of the pre package ones. The airport shuttle was great too. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing I recall was bad. I did have a magarita from the bar and it was not good at all for pretty expensive drink. I kind of regret getting it because it tasted so bad.

I liked how they had a good-sized couch. The beds were very comfortable The pillows were comfy. I like how they had the blackout curtain that pulled down. I also liked the AC it was very nice and refreshing. And the view was awesome! We could see six flags. The pool was clean and heated perfectly. I liked the fact that it was pet-friendly.

I didn't like the fact all the maids spoke Spanish =/ And didn't understand anything. That I was the one who had to try to speak Spanish to them. Which is ridiculous. Didn't like the fact that there wasn't a microwave in the room. And they never offered a microwave to us. I had no idea that we had to request for one. And they need a body mirror in the rooms. I had 5 people in my room with just the one bathroom mirror. I didn't like that there wasn't a hot tub after a long 6hr drive. One more thing the lighting In the room was ok

The King Suite was spacious and very comfortable for a couple travelling with an adult daughter. We very much enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared with lots of variety. The dining and breakfast room staff made certain that patrons had everything they needed, constantly replenishing everything. It was a delight to stay at this hotel, and so close to the rental car locations! Staff at the desk and on the shuttle buses were awesome!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially the shuttle driver, whose sunny attitude was a great tonic after 10 hours in an aeroplane. It was fantastic that they come and pick you up, taking a lot of stress out of the journey. The breakfast was good - not a huge range of options but something for most people. All in all, a great choice.

The room was cold, even with the temperature turned up. The blanket on the bed looked like it had once been a duvet, but years of use had flattened all its filling. We asked for another duvet and the hotel could only provide a couple of bedspreads.

The friendliness of the staff exceeded my expectations—from texting to arrange for the shuttle to hopping off the shuttle on my return trip to the airport. The breakfast selections were delicious and the area was kept clean and well stocked. My room was immaculate upon arrival and the bed was really comfy. My only quibble might be the water pressure in the shower—but I’m literally *searching* for something to be critical about. Considering how close you are to the airport, you would never know.

Everything met my expectations.

We liked almost everything. Very clean and comfortable room. Lots of TV channels. Bathroom products (even hair conditioner) and lots of towels available. Good breakfast with healthy options like many fruits, oatmeal, oat milk and sourdough bread. Excellent location if you need accommodation between flights. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was a bit too soft and with a pit. For taking a walk the area is not interesting, there is nothing around. You are supposed to get a bill by email if you do online check out, but it was not sent without a separate request.
