Nice clean large airy flat with easy access to the underground and walking distance to some of London's gems, like Little Venice.

Nuisance calls ringing the doorbells late at night. This has been reported back and is being investigated. Other than this, everything else was lovely.

Perfect location, right next to the metro station, another station nearby. The apartment is unusually spacious for London, two bathrooms are a big advantage. Wifi worked normally, Netflix on TV.

A strange smell in the apartment /probably from the bistros in the street/, coffee and tea were missing, nowadays a common part of accommodation. The shower door didn't work, but the owner quickly solved the problem.

Apartment was in a good location, and spacious for a family of six. Could benefit from forml of instructions, like to adjust heating. Drying of clothes in machine, could only use washer. Ended up with a lot of dirty or wet clothes as only one clothes horse. Extra pillows badly needed in master room. Unsure where to leave garbage outside. Apartment was basic and would benefit from rugs, cushions to be more comfy.

Washer /Dryer. Not told where to empty garbage. How to adjust heating. Cold floors, no rugs not great for kids.

Excellent location and it has an elevator. Paid parking in front of the building and train + bus connectivity nearby. Good food options and also small shops around. Fridge, washing machine and dishwasher in the flat. Good cross ventilation in the London heat. Also, they provided fans for each room. Linen and towels were clean. The toilets and showers were good and clean. One night we reached late and the main entrance was not opening with fob, but we could get hold of the management and the person was very helpful to give the code to the door. Even before arriving, all the communication was excellent and we just had to call them half hour before we reach so that someone can personally come to handover the keys.

Heating was full on when we checked in even in summer. It took a while to cool down after windows were opened. The refrigerator was on an unstable stand but that wasn't a big issue.

Was located directly next to edgeware tube station which brought us easily into central london in about 15 mins, and was also very easy to get to heathrow airport via edgeware--> paddington and then paddington--> airport which took 40 mins. Also was within walking distance to hyde park, which was very useful for getting to and from a concert. Very spacious and plenty of room to sit and chat, also located near a brilliant cafe called Irene Bakery, which had some of the best coffee I have ever had & a great place for biryani just downstairs.

The apartment is comfortable with two bathrooms. The kitchen has all useful amenities. The location is very convenient for bus and tube

There were not socket converters from UK to EU. In one of the bathrooms the water was always changing and never coming enough hot water which was unpleasant and made us all 6 people take a shower in the other bathroom. The corridor was with garbage and not being cleaned 3 days

Very central location, right next to Edgeware Road tube, close to Boris bike stands and taxis. Supermarkets close by. The apt is in central London so it's not quiet but this is not a fault of the owners. Very comfortable apartment, with good facilities - washing machine etc. Very clean.

A few minor issues the most annoying was check in - despite having a conversation and saying we would meet them at 12noon to drop our bags, we got messages saying we had to call 30 minutes before check in to arrange a time. This system has obviously been designed by someone who hasn't travelled - let alone with youngsters, luggage, arriving in new cities and used underground mass transit where there is no phone signal. Thankfully we were saved by a charming, intelligent housekeeper with common-sense who let us leave our bags, gave us keys and took our ID. There were other small gripes - when we tried to shut the curtains they fell down! There was no cutting board, tin opener etc but our feedback was actively sought so hopefully these will be fixed. I'd stay again.

Excellent location, and CitiParks car park was just across the road & Edgware Road tube around the corner. Modern apartment with all mod cons. Ahmed explained how things worked in the apartment when he handed over the keys. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. We had an issue with the sofa bed collapsing but this was fixed promptly.

Not the fault or the apartment, but maybe you could consider double glazing, as during the early hours on both nights of our stay you could hear shouting and screaming from people exiting a bar/ club and a car horn. Lasted about 10 mins but on both nights wasn't great to be worken up.

The location was perfect. There are plenty of food places close to the underground. Very vibrant area to be in. Lovely clean apartment.

The apartment needs some TLC. The shower doors needs adjusting, pillows need replacing, and the fire alarm needs to be moved out of the kitchen, as it goes off very easily. Fire alarms should never be in kitchens. Also, the sofa bed isn't comfortable and needs to go.

Fantastic location and the apartment was nice and big for our party of 5. Close to Edgware Station and heaps of buses to Hyde Park Square and Oxford Street. M&S and Waitrose just down the road. Washing machine and dishwasher very hand - were used every day! No aircon which is normal for London I suppose, we had fans which we had on every night. No issues getting the key and they provided a 2nd key when we asked for one. Owners answered all of our questions in no time - easy to deal with.

Location was confusing - taxi dropped us at Marylebone Apartments on Cosway Street - we then had to walk with all our luggage to 7 Bell Street. Was noisy but to be expected given location. The neighbours upstairs were very noisy - stomping about all hours of day and night - and restaurant downstairs were noisy first thing in morning.
