Highly recomended as the hotel located in Hatyai centre. Worth of the budget and facilties of the hotel was great. I’m love the comfy bed and pillow haha:) I’ve enjoyed shower too as the shower paip water volum is SO high! Definitely satisfied with the kind service of the reception staff, thumbs up. Surely will booking again once short getaway to Hatyai in future.

The Price point was the best. It was virtually unbeatable for its price.

I am a clean freak. I would say the general cleanliness of the room was really good. Bed sheets was super clean and looks new. Room also was tidy, clean and well-kept. The only thing I didn't quite like was the toliet in room 215 was not as good. The walls was tainted with lizard droppings. Not a lot. Just a very small section of the walls. But I must stress the overall cleanliness still gets a 8. If I didn't see the toliet or didn't mind, it would have been a 10.

1. Arrived at 8am from KL and able to check in early around 9am for 2 rooms first without any charges. This one depends on availability. So that we can keep our luggage, rest, refreshing and get ready for the next location. Most of the place at Hatyai open at 10am. We really grateful they gave us early check in. You may discuss with them first. Like I said it depends on availability. 2. We love the coffee machine. 3. The price is very acceptable compare to the service we received. 4. Staff was very friendly . 5 ⭐ to all staff. If I'm not mistaken 1 of the staff named 'May'. She's really helpful. 5. Super clean and comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. 6. Express check in and check out.

Had a smooth experience. Check-in and check-out were fast.The lobby has a coffee machine and microwave, which was nice. The room was small but so clean and comfortable, with a good bed and a small fridge There’s plenty of parking space if you’re driving. For dining or shopping, you can easily call a Maxim or get a Tuk Tuk. Overall, it is a clean and convenient place for a short stay in Hatyai.

Bed is very comfortable.. Staff very friendly. Your Morning coffee is really stunning.. Maybe we like tu stay again.. Tq so much.

A bit far from town and room is small for muslim because no space to pray.. 😂. If you have toothbrushes maybe is more good. Overall ok..

It would be great if they can provide : 1.Hot and cold water dispensing machine instead of just hot water. (Hotel only provide 2 bottle of mineral water each time which is not sufficient)

Their customer service on top notch. We even get to check in early at 10am without any charges. One staff even booked us grab when our grab driver who supposed to sent us to Khlong Hae Night Market tried to charge us extra for the reason of long distance, heavy traffic due to Public Holiday etc.

Room even though it's economy room but all the facilities like drinking water, shampoo, shower gel and etc are complete just like those expensive room.

Quite far away from tourist spot, need transport to travel to that place.

Everything was great. Very clean hotel and have security and free parking. Just 6 min from Lee Garden area. Staff also great from receptionist to housekeeping. I even left my second phone, laptop and some money at room but nothing lost, so trusted.

It's just the aircond having a problem the second night of our stay, don't feel cool enough and we're too tired to go down and ask them for help since it's already almost midnight.

simplicity of it. just good enough for the price. location wise, and ample parking space. room is good size.

I saw there are freezer selling frozen food, but no halal option. it will be great if there is choice for halal item.
