The breakfast was ok. The flavor was fine, but it was cold. The coffee had coffee grounds in it. That's not the fault of the staff it just happens. That being said, we certainly didn't starve first thing in the morning. The staff member that was in charge of the breakfast was running around trying to accommodate everyone. She did a great job!! I'm so sorry that I didn't get her name because I would have loved to give her kudos! She was nonstop working with a smile on her face. Thank you!

We traveled there in a group of 7 family members. The stay was very good. The price and quality matches for sure. Good value for money. We stayed with 3 kids and this hotel is really good for that in terms of staff but the rest is not that much fun for kids except heated pool. I’d say that it is perfect spot for what you pay! Peace and stay strong!

The air conditioner in one the rooms we stayed at was not that efficient. It just got too old. The room is 225.

Location great, employees are very nice... Unfortunately they have to deal with rude customers.

paying 22 to park per night... rest room need better shelving for the rest room I had no wear to put my close to change or to put my shampoo i brought with me... main room was great...but I had to have the bed turned due to bug bites...after that everything seem very good..

Hotel is an ideal location for those with cars. Pool is a top bonus especially with kids and after a day on the beach. Breakfast was great and the staff are really attentive and helpful. Recommend neighbouring restaurant Sol for evening food.

Room wasn’t cleaned on one day and also incredibly musty/damp smelling. For price of the hotel it should be perfect.

Breakfast was good but we got some soured milk for our cereal... the date had not expired ... she changed out for a fresher one it was fine... but then she did not change out the remaining ones in the cooler... another gentleman said that had happened to him at a previous stay there.

The soured milk... and not a fan of the ac being on one side of the room ... one side freezes .. the other is comfy

The location was amazing. It was so nice we walked to dinner at Rusty Pelican and Billy’s at the beach. Also we were so close to get parking early at the beach each morning.

We did need a little assistance with the AC (the markings were worn off the unit). We were in a room close to the front desk 2nd floor and there were 3-4 steps down so we couldn’t use the elevator and luggage cart. We don’t pack lightly. But nothing we couldn’t work around.

I don’t remember the name of the lady who checked me in, but we could’ve been fast friends. She was excellent, probably the best I’ve ever experienced. The room was spacious and clean; the bed incredibly comfortable as well as the linens. Would love to have taken that home with me. I didn’t use the coffee maker, but it was a nice one. The TV was great and the option of channels was better than most. I just got to say that I was incredibly surprised at how much I loved my experience.

Shower head and shower faucet needs to be replaced. But the rest of the bathroom was fine.

The housekeeping manager and front desk staff were very accomodating. We had a early morning flight in and they found us a room that was ready so we didn't have to wait until normal check in time. Also they have storage for your luggage, if you don't have a car and have a late flight. Breakfast was very good. Biscuits and gravy was a winner. Will stay again.

Our original room had a heavy musty/smoke odor, however staff was eager to resolve the issue and provided us wuth another room that was clean and odor free.

All the staff was fantastic - Summer went above and beyond and Ely kept our room so clean. Breakfast was perfect, just enough to get your day started. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit!

I do not have one bad thing to say about this hotel. Everyone did a fantastic job during our stay.
