We knew the location of the property was good for us, as this is my home town. The room provided everything we needed and we will definitely stay again when we are visiting home. We had issues with the operation of the laundry facilities that left us with our clothes not dried when we needed to check out. The person who was cleaning at the property was kind enough to dry our clothes in the industrial dryers and we returned a little later to collect them. This was great service in remedying our issue from the machines.

Love love love the fact your left alone, but assistance on hand if needed, but what can I say, you shall not need anything, as everything is provided and then some, so love this place, a home from home, clean stylish, beautiful and as I said everything provided, would recommend in a heart beat !

Nothing, as our stay was pure heavenly, peaceful, but felt like we had any help, if needed, and our stay was 1st class, great value, great facilities, luxurious top class greatly recommended

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment as we had a wedding. Everything is in the apartment and Halsted town centre is near as well as a Lidl just down the road. Everything you need is in the apartment if you have a wedding locally or are staying for leisure or work and it is big and I liked having the bedrooms separate from the living area. I loved the balcony for wine and a tea/coffee even if it was March. My family stayed in the studio apartment but it is worth paying extra for the 2 bedroom apartment if you are staying 2 nights as it is so relaxing. The bedroom windows don't open but there is a fan and you have the balcony which opens as well. For a wedding up the road the apartment was ideal as it was stressful enough for my daughters wedding and having elderly parents who were staying in a separate apartment in the complex it took the stress away. My family all loved it and Halsted was really pleasant. We especially liked the Bull Pub and its food and staff.

I was really happy here. The Urban was all designed really thoughtfully. Everything was convenient and comfortable. It was easy to find and having an allocated parking space simplified things. The bed was just right and being able to slide the screens round kept it private and dark for sleeping. The shower was lovely and the towels soft and large. I would definitely recommend Urban to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I would have to be really picky here as mostly it was fabulous. My balcony was right on the car park so not a great view but that's not exactly a problem.

Loved the secure environment for self and car, secure gate into car park, and secure door entry system into the building. Presentation of studio apartment was brilliant with good size kitchen, 2 comfy stylish chairs, balcony, great bathroom with excellent shower and smart bedroom sliding doors which gave it a creative feel plus bed, pillows and duvet comfy. Excellent stay and have booked to go back.

Loved everything, nothing to change

Excellent facilities and fittings, spacious living areas and comfortable bedrooms in a convenient location with off-street parking.

Ventilation in some of bedrooms absent (windows not able to be opened), but likely problematic only for south facing rooms in the very warm weather (30C) when we stayed. Our more sheltered room remained very cool.

The room decor and the finishing that we had view to our car and and we was ver comfortable in our room the chair was a good size for a bigger person and the bed was excellent nice and soft and squishy my partner struggles but it was brilliant. But for mini honeymoon it was lovely and quiet and relaxing and staff was amazing 👏 Would highly recommended this pub if you drive Five Bell pub

The lack of sound proofing in the room when it came to night time from other guests but other wise it was ok . we had a cat on our balcony and it came in to our room my partner removed it but it tried twice which is no ones fault but I'm not a fan of them but other wise it was fine

The location is good with a LIDL store and the town centre and other shops all within walking distance of the property. We particularly like the specific allocated car space for each apartment at the property.

A vehicle from one of the properties ran its engine for several minutes in the morning directly outside the kitchen window to the apartment we stayed in. We did not consider this to be very considerate.

Loved the property, absolutely immaculate, clean, everything that you need in the kitchen.. Also the courtesy dishwasher tablet and sachets of milk in the fridge and bottle of olive oil were a great touch. We will be booking again to stay at this property. We both loved it

Honestly this property was great the only thing my partner noticed was a full length mirror would be handy... I think just keep doing what you're doing it makes for a great stay....thanks once again 😁🙏

Exceptionally clean, secure parking, modern luxury, close to where I needed to be for a work event, easy to follow entry instructions, impeccably furnished, cannot recommend enough and look forward to returning. Similar to other comments, the blinds being transparent isn’t ideal, although it didn’t bother me as I had to get up early anyway. Tiny detail - bath mat had a big hole/rip, but I’m really splitting hairs here! I can’t complain about anything as it really was exceptional. Much better than a hotel!! Thank you especially to housekeeping as it really is another level of excellence.
