Upon arrival I was greeted by Benni, who was amazing on each interaction I had with him. He took to the time to explain to me how things worked, he got me an ironing board and iron and also gave me lots of local information to help me during my stay. The breakfast is traditionally continental and plentiful. The restaurant is open in the evening however I didn't dine in so I'm unable to comment on the offerings.

The only negative for this hotel is that there isn't any air conditioning in the rooms. I'm also unsure if there is any in the dining area. Likewise, I can't comment for heating however the bathroom and toilet floors were always warm so maybe there is underfloor heating?

We really loved the balcony in the room and the fact that you could control the heating so it wasn’t too hot in the room. The ski lockers were easy to use. The hotel helped with luggage storage before and after checkout. The food was good, we did half board.

No free water served with dinner as was served with breakfast. You had to pay €3 for tap water which is usually free, we found that a bit weird. It would have been nice if the dinner Buffett included coffee like breakfast did.

Very friendly staff, nice location, decent buffet. The rooms are nice and clean. Good bathrooms as well. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The beds were too hard for me but that is just my preference. The elevator broke down halfway through our week and my mother, who can't walk well, had to use the stairs for the remainder of the week. Bad luck I guess, but still very inconvenient.

Easy staffed checkin. The rooms are modern and clean with plenty of space. A nice touch is a separate toilet to the shower room meaning a couple can use both in private at the same time. They allow bike storage in the ski/locker room in off season. Plenty of choice at breakfast and smart mods to cut down on waste products.

It’s not right in the town, but that means you get nice country side views.

I always love coming back to this hotel – the dedicated staff, excellent breakfast, and overall comfort they provide make every stay truly enjoyable. It feels like a home away from home, and the level of service is consistently outstanding.

The hotel team were very welcoming and made our short stay a very pleasant one! The rooms were clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. The view of the mountains from our room were lovely, enhanced by the peace and quiet of the area. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the continental breakfast which always freshly set out. Our evening meal was different every night and very tasty. All six of us really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Hot water was always available for a refreshing shower and the beds were a welcome sight after a long day skiing and walking! We had to leave early on our last day before breakfast was open, the hotel made us all fresh rolls, fruit, biscuits and a drink the night before. They also made sure hot drinks were available before we left that morning. Thank you for making our trip to Austria and Christmas a special one!!

good breakfast with many options, clean all over the hotel, ski room with assigned lockers and easy access, free car parking and they give you a city-card which has free use and discount options like ski pass discount at kitzbühel. Room has very nice balcony. Lovely staff..

there is no near ski lifts as shown on maps.it’s not 100 m from ski lifts definitely you need to take free bus to the st. Johann ski lifts or train to kitzbühel or drive your car. Free parking at st.johann with ski pass.

We expected it to be a basic one night hotel without many extras, but it was beyond our expectations. It looks very new, and the rooms felt as if they have just been renovated - they were spacious, a lot of wood, many lights options, modern shower, simply great. We also enjoyed sauna very much, 2 rooms of different temperatures, and a relax room with water and a view. You can come there just in your bathrobe and with a towel, you do not need to change in there. Breakfast had so many options compared to the regular hotels, great selection. and they had an electric samovar, which was such a cute detail.

Perfect location walking distance to centre… breakfast is sufficient and the restaurant is open for dinner as well…free parking available out front and also paid parking in garage if you so wish

The hotel was clean, with good parking, the staff was pleasant and helpful.The food was good, tasty, always fresh.

We were missing scrambled eggs for breakfast, and there was a smaller selection of dishes for dinner.
