Hotel was nice, some dated features, but it was clean and comfortable. Staff were really good. There’s a Subway sandwich place when you walk up Lenora ave. About the only place in the immediate area for food that doesn’t break the bank. Top Pot donuts is a block away, and so is the Mariners Team Store. Ice is only on some of the floors, and there are no snack machines. We were on the 12th floor and Ice was on the 8th. Signage would have been nice, but the front desk was quick to point me in the right direction and even offered me a bottled water. This is a comfortable hotel with no frills, but is central and/or easily accessible to the main tourist spots in town. It’s about $30 for an Uber to T-mobile Park, Pike Place and Target are about a 10 minute walk.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for sure! Great pool and an ACTUALLY HOT hot tub. Great spacious room, beautiful lobby and fireplace. The restaurant was always dead but was a great bar to sit at with strong drinks and good bar food. We were VERY happy with the choice.

People filling the pool AND hot tub with their kids and TODDLERS at like, 1030pm. It was empty midday though so.. But what Im saying is there should be a curfew on kids on the pool and also no kids in the hot tub.

Location was good.

Not as comfortable as one would expect for that price. Also had to ask for toilet paper when it ran low and when they cleaned the rooms they didn’t take the trashes out.

This is my second time staying at Warwick and it was amazing. Very easy check in and our room was great. The hotel is in a nice area, felt comfortable walking around during the day and even at night. Our stay was great, we were able to leave are luggage with the front desk after checking out while going out. Would 100% stay again :)

On the first night of our stay there was a smoking smell coming from the vent which had our room smelling like cigarettes, we had to open the sliding door at 12 am just to air the room out. After about 30 minutes the smell started to clear out but our room got very cold.

We enjoy the hotel, restaurant, pool, and exercise room. The overall service is great. They provide toiletries when we have forgotten one. Frequently stay here a several times annually the past 10 years. For breakfast we enjoy visiting the Dahlia Lounge across the street for coffee and their homemade baked goodies.

Shared and secured paid parking lot. There is one handicap parking space not painted well. It not usable as it is a drive thru area. It would be nice if there were handicapped marked spaces for disability parking pass holders. This has added confusion for both guest and staff on where to park after explaining mobility challenges.

The staff were brilliant, and did everything for you when approached. There was no room available with a view of the space needle which we had requested, but one was available the next day after we checked in and they moved us to it. They were all so friendly, the rooms were a great size with a great comfortable bed.

Nothing the stay was great. One thing I would have not liked, is that the pool closed for a week for cleaning on our last day, had it closed earlier in our stay I would have been extremely disappointed as it was a factor in picking the hotel.

The basement swimming pool, hot tub & gymnasium area was very nice & as it opens at 05:00 hours, perfect for an early riser like myself. Some hotels do not open their pools until 08:00 hours or later. That wastes quite a lot of what I class as valuable vacation time. It was great having a swim & soak at 05:00 hours. Plenty fresh soft bath towels too! Excellent location for shopping of all sorts & the big Market. Lots of restaurants & coffee shops nearby.

The coffee machine in the room was a bit dated, although the Seattles Best coffee is a good choice. The elevators are slow. The restaurant & bar area a bit dark & dingy. Hotel a bit overpriced for what it is. Having to go to the 4th floor to get ice from the machine was a bit of a pain. It would’ve been nice to have some more ice machines available. WiFi was easy to login on laptop but not smartphone.

Older hotel that was renovated in the last few years so has a modern feel to it. Lobby, reception and general areas are all clean and well-maintained. Rooms have sliding doors that open to small balconies. It is centrally located between Pike Place Market and the Space needle - both 5-10 mins walk. Monorail, light rail and Westlake Mall all nearby. Lots of restaurants around. Initially we were given room 1810 at check-in - which is a city view. Room was clean and spacious. Sometime during the first night, a leak developed in the bathroom from within the ceiling. We woke to find it was actively dripping in the shower stall and had run down the wall near the sink, flooding the countertop. We immediately called the front desk. We were told it was probably A/C related and they would send an engineer up to check it out. After several visits from their staff, it was determined that the leak could not be fixed without disrupting us so the manager quickly made accommodations for us in another room across the hall in Room 1813. This room was the same floor plan we had, however the view was of the Space Needle and partial sea views - a much nicer view than what we had. So we appreciated the “upgrade” and the manager making things right with us. We had breakfast downstairs at their restaurant, Brasserie Margaux, on our last day. Trish was our waitress and was bubbly, very knowledgeable and super attentive. Prices were reasonable and good food portions. Overall, the stay was really good. We realize things like leaks happen, however, how it was handled and then quickly resolved without hassle - speaks volumes their excellent customer service. Will definitely stay again.

we were upgraded to a nicer room - didn't have a microwave but was happy to leave the "casket room" Thankful that I mentioned I'm handicapped and got a parking space close to the entrance!! We have stayed many times and never thought to ask as I hadn't seen any handicapped spaces so we have made the trip inside- but it's been extremely hard when we have had to park and do stairs. This time I was in no condition to make that trek so parked by the door to unload and inquired about parking- gentleman was very accommodating and it made it such a nicer stay! Thank you again

we got a great deal on a room but it was a room that felt like a casket (especially coming over for dr visits) the room had a cement wall outside the window!!! I personally would not offer this room to anyone at any cost:((( I was so thankful that we were given a room with a view!!! I would not have stayed and driven home if not-thankful for you moving us as it would have caused a hardship on me in more ways than 1. Thank you so very much!!

I really enjoyed the professional and clean atmosphere provided, and the brisk behavior of staff, got us in to our room as soon as possibly. I loved the view of Seattle from our room and how clean and well kept everything was. Id recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy a gorgeous view and clean rooms!

My only issue was the parking, was extremely cramped with how some people parked, maybe asking customers to have better parking etiquette. i know its nearly impossible to control such a large customer base but itd be much appreciated! (The employees were kind and also brisk with helping me :) )
