Location is great. Cafe, restaurants and bars are just walking distance. Bus terminal and train are just across the street. Hotel is highly recommended for a staycation and not to worry to go home if you’re gonna go out with friends. Staff are very kind and nice.

Breakfast could have been better if it was refilled. Not much warm foods left by 9:30 or 10am. Breakfast area is a bit small so you might need to wait for a few minutes before you can eat. Hotel room is clean and comfy enough. I noticed there was no outlet by the bedside to charge phones.

A spacious and bright room with a view of the shopping center, a large bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Smart TV with backlight. Good breakfast with a very large selection and delicious smoothies and morning energy drinks. Pets are allowed in the hotel - it should be noted that you can meet dogs near the elevator :) Next to the hotel there is a bus terminal and a very stylish park with water, light and smoke fountains and a children's playground. Opposite the entrance to the hotel is a house of kebabs and pizzas - very large and tasty portions of kebabs and pizzas.

It should be noted that the hotel is located in the center, surrounded by clubs and hangouts (we could only fall asleep around 2 AM). You can leave your car only in the paid parking lot (you can leave your car in the nearby shopping center parking on the 4th floor for ~18 EUR per day). There was no kettle in the room. The air conditioner did not work, the window could be opened, but it was very noisy outside.

My husband wasn’t well on the day of checking out and I asked for a wheelchair as an aid. The hotel did not have one and I was told I could use the luggage transporter!!

Great location, great bathroom size, large bedroom, great breakfast, and exceptional staff (especially Andrea).

Beyond the control of Hotel Management, the seagulls were annoying as they interrupted our sleep with their early morning doings.

We have some issues with parking. The hotel not specify how to get to parking plus some roadworks made me park a bit far and made me walk down to hotel to figure this out. The rest was perfect!

Very nice breakfast. Location is great 2 mins from bus and train station. Easy travel to the airport or to the centre of Stavanger.

A bathmat would have been nice and our room wasn't tieded (we stayed 2 nights).

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are big enough. Hôtel is quiet. Internet works well. Public car park just outside the hotel. Breakfast is good. Outside the hotel some restaurants from walking distance.

The hotel is located in the center of the city and is close to all sights, close to the train station, close to the bus station. There is a shopping center and all kinds of shops nearby. The breakfast is good.

On weekends, the hotel operates a combination of reception and bar. In the evening, the bar is full of people, so the service is not very good. The hotel is old. The furniture is worn out.

Excellent location in Sandness, short walk from the main bus terminal and train station. 20 minutes away from Stavanger by train.

Lack of facilities in the room like tea kettle but you can ask for it and the staff will provide it.

The location was great, the breakfast very good indeed. Noise did not carry from other rooms, so it was very easy to sleep well.

Only a very minor point: It would have been nice if the window had opened out onto the street view, instead it opened out over a roof below, with the hotel raising several floors up and many other windows opening onto the same enclosed roof space below. That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable.
