Great location, very close to airport. Easy check in, clean room. The outside is impressive in a kitsch kinda way.

It was one of the more expensive love hotels we stayed at this trip and to be honest, it wasn't that different to the others. Don't know, expected something a bit more wow! But there was karaoke and a massage chair in one of the rooms so that was fun :)

I did two weeks in Osaka and stayed at many four/five star hotels, but this last minute option for one night was the BEST! Book the kind room great value for money and facilities. I had a massive bath Tub with built in tv and a private hot tub terrace. Rooms are the biggest I’ve seen in Japan. So much space, nice staff. Such good value for money!!!!

Nothing, I will stay again! Maybe location isn’t the best but Lawson and train station is local.

This was a last minute stay and it turned out great. The room was very big, came with so many amenities and even had its own private karaoke. Staff was very nice even with the language barrier.

It’s location is not hard to get to on foot however if you have rolling bags, best to get a taxi from the train station as the road there has no sidewalks and is bumpy and very dark at night.

We stayed here before a flight, and it was great. It's a love hotel, so it's got all the accompanying love-hotel-stuff, but it was actually a great option before a flight. We ordered dinner from the hotel menu too, and it was excellent!

Stayed one night to catch the morning's flight from Kansai airport. Good cheap option and fn love hote with spa bath. Clean and spacious room. The lady at the reception called a morning taxi for us too, very kind

Clean room, nice spa bath with lights and tv, loads of complimentary bathroom supplies and all linen and towels were super clean

The only negative would have been the location. It was close to the train station, however wasn’t the nicest place to walk around at night

Hard to arrive there from the airport in midnight because it was too difficult to find a taxi in KIX airport

It’s clean with complete set of essential needs

Needed to take stairs going to the room and it’s hard if you have luggages

The room was filled with great toiletries, free coffee, etc. I enjoyed the jetted tub.

Too much furniture made the room crowded.

there’s no sideway on the way to the hotel and no restaurants nearby
