Excellent hotel in a secluded location, with a vast and well-maintained green area. There are many spots where you can find solitude and enjoy fantastic views of the mountains, sea, and the city at night.

The children's room was out of service, and children under 5 years old are not allowed in the indoor pool at the SPA.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. From the warm welcome from Danna on reception, to the laid back relaxed atmosphere, the gorgeous surroundings and the immaculate attention to detail, this complex is absolutely stunning and was just an immaculate stay. The entire hotel complex is full of recreations of famous Valencian buildings, and the attention to detail is incredible. We stayed at the Level, and there is an open lounge with snacks and a heated pool. Breakfast was incredible, as was our room. We went with our 10 year old son, there were lots of activities to keep him entertained , such as a Kids Club, games room, play area and mini-golf, but it still retained the feeling of a hotel for adults.

We went for my partner's 40th with friends and our families. I'd stayed here before so knew it was a great hotel. This time we stayed in the grand suite in the level and it was amazing.. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The only negative I have is I ordered champagne and flowers to arrive on the morning of her birthday and they didn't come! The reception couldn't have been more apologetic and had them in the room within the hour complementary of the hotel so all good in the end

Property is stunning. Perfectly set away from main strip but close enough in a taxi. Pool was heated which was a bonus as weather just starting to warm up. Rooms was a little too hot but bearable. Air conditioning not set to come on I was told as still on winter setting

We loved so much about this hotel. It had lovely swimming pools, decor around the site was stunning. We loved the couple of restaurants that were there, especially the Italian one. We loved the Rituals products in the bathroom. We enjoyed having two bathrooms in our room.

The queue for breakfast was crazy unless you got there when it opened. We wished there were better lunch options on site.

The hotel is amazing. From the moment you arrive the is so much going on. My daughter absolutely loved it.

Although l do understand we were in Spain, most of the family activities are in Spanish with no one translating to English. This made it difficult for my daughter to take part in kids club or fully enjoy kids entertainment like the magician as we couldn't understand anything. Luckily a few kids spoke English and were happy to translate but l can see how this can isolate the few none speaking Spanish people there

I think they were understaffed .. tables were left with empty plates meaning you had to clear them yourself if you wanted anything else to eat. I have stayed at numerous hotels with upgrades for separate lounges for drinks and nibbles but this was probably the worst; the food available in the Level lounge needs reviewing as it’s fairly non existent

Amazing reception and friendliness of staff (Oscar and Ana) - outstanding! Perfect location to play golf. Big beautiful room with a terrace. Great breakfast.

we were there in a low season, so only 1 restaurant was opened and the food was OK. The spa area was under maintenance, so we did not get to experience it unfortunately, but we will come back for sure and check in advance if it is opened.

Room was amazing - beautifully styled and whole property was very clean. The pool was beautiful and well maintained as was the whole property- Wonderful location away from the noise of the Benidorm strip. The Level drinks and snacks throughout the day was unexpected but wonderful.

The communication from the staff was very poor. We were told very little on check in and only on the 2nd day realised we had access to The Level and free drinks and snacks throughout the day as well as the happy hour on Friday evening. We found out from another guest. On check out day we were told there were showers just off reception with products where we could freshen up before our flight - there were none and we were told several different things and in the end had to shower in the pool showers with no products available - very frustrating. There seemed to be very few staff around to help with any queries and when we did see someone they gave us incorrect information.
