The room was unexpectedly spacious and really nice. The Staff was super friendly and willing to help regardless of what time of the day it was. The room service Staff was more than nice, and the staff at the bar was willing to fulfill every wish I had. I can only recommend to use the Washing Service - it was quick, easy, and far from expensive.

There are two things I would look at as potentially negative, as I'm sometimes not really demanding. The Bathroom shower was quite dated, and the Shower door wasn't properly adjusted, so the water was running out. And the kitchen wasn't equipped. I had to ask the staff to provide me soap and sponge so I wouldn't have smelly dishes in my room.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Lotaz Hotel and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

It was a last minute booking and the high rating caught my attention. It's perfect. Clean, spacious and friendly service. Convenient location from all places. Stayed with family and would visit again and it is my recommendation for families to staying Jeddah.

Very friendly staff and nice appartments. Thanks to Mazen Algamedi, all our requests were taken care of without any delay. The friendliness of the staff makes staying at the Lotaz suites in Jeddah a highly recommended one.

Honestly, been to so many hotels lately, but Lotaz is exceptional, clean, spacious, comfortable and very affordable.The staff are amazing the rooms are amazing and recommend 100% for anyone interested in having a quiet place.

Very clean, modern, well maintained, enormous rooms, masjid right outside (no jummah salah)

Nothing major but could do with some selection of dinner plates and hand towels. Name only in Arabic on Google maps making it initially difficult to find but can’t complain too much as we were in an Arab country! :)

They were very helpful, allowed an early check in. Which was needed in clutch time, the suite fitted 8 people comfortably.. clean towels and linen, very comfortable

This is one of the best stays we ever had. And we've been hoteling from 14 years as a family. Very spacious room. Top notch cleanliness. Good staff! Despite that very affordable rates.

Only thing with the facilities was that our cylinder started leaking from the ceiling the very last day. Other than that, no complaints at all
