Superb location, easy access from the station and to tram lines. Breakfast included in the price was amazing

The lady at the reception the day of the check out was not welcoming. On the other hand, the 2 people on the day of check in were simply amazing and super friendly

Nice, full breakfast with good orange juice and freshly baked buns and croissants. Reception was open even when we arrived quite late, friendly personell. Good shower in the morning, clean room and bathroom.

The street outside was a bit noisy at night with people coming back from going out. We slept with open windows, nothing that the hotel can do anything about...

They have the best breakfast we have had in our long trip around France, with a machine to get your fresh squeezed orange juice and with fresh crepes. Great location. Big room and bathroom. Good views. Large TV. Easy and short walk to the touristy places and to the train station.

Good location, close to the main bus station. Breakfast was ok, but literally booked this place as they had crepes for breakfast, but they were a lot smaller than we expected (and cold) The hotel was nice and quiet and beds were nice and comfy.

The breakfast was good and diverse enough with cereal, boiled eggs, pancakes with various toppings, fruits, bread, juice and many sorts of tea. The room was comfortable, as was the queen-size bed. Though the room had the view on the street (and mountains), it was silent at night. The room was also fully dark at night, which is overall great for a good sleep.

The magnetic card for our room didn't work 2 times, we couldn't get into the room. Both times it was fixed on the reception. The towels were initially brought for 1 person (we were 2). We notified the receptionist right away, however the second set of towels was brought only on the next day.

Breakfast was delicious, nutritious, and varied. The bathroom in my room was clean and the shower nice and hot!

The round table and chairs were not good for working, so I chose not to work. That was inconvenient, but at least it encouraged me to relax in bed instead!

No water kettle in room, need to keep going downstairs to get water but ok.

Nice comfortable room. The breakfast had a good selection and the location was within walking distance to the train station and the city centre.

The beds had mattress toppers which I'm not a fan of. Otherwise the bed was comfortable though

Very clean. Great location close to centre of town. Staff very helpful especially regarding late check-out.

The doors to the bedrooms close with a bang and because the corridors are very echoey it makes the place very noisy and if anyone arrives late or leaves early the banging of the doors will certainly wake you up.

Good location for our needs, close to the station and the city center. Kind and helpful staff. Possibility to obtain free tea/coffee and snacks also outside usual breakfast time.
