Really like the stay as its value for money and the location was spot on. Me & husband could cycle around the places we wanted to go and they allowed us to keep our bike at the property. It was safe. There was also a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner just next door, mayang mall is just in front of the hotel so we could walk to mayang mall. and we could also walk / cycle to singgang budu restaurant.

Only one comment is the sink at the bathroom is in quite a bad shape, it was merely hanging by the wall, so I was concern about the safety of my child.

The bedding is perfect, the air conditioning works, the shower has enough pressure and hot water. Room service impeccable. There is coffee, tea available. In the corridor there is a hot or cold water fountain, and an iron (alas it did not work). The hotel is well located, close to the draw bridge, and within 30mn walk you can reach China Town or the terminal bus station.

A plus would be to put mosquito nets on the bathroom window, to prevent the little Gekko from coming in.

Its a clean, secured and good hotel located in Kuala terangganu. You get all the details once they come to know about your check in. They are helpful. You will get water kiosk, ironing and other basic facilities in the hotel. It has a balcony with a view as well.

Just the bathroom is small. Rest all well managed. Another thing, the property is a bit far from well known locations so you need to have a grab for everything. Not too good restaurants nearby, just local eateries with passable food. This is nothing unusual in my opinion, and the hotel/homestay itself is very nice and they take care of you.

The place is located at a busy intersection but within walking distance to a lot of restaurants/cafes/food stalls. We arrived outside of the check-in time but notified the management beforehand. They were accommodative. The room we got was clean and comfortable. There was no kettle in the room but a water filter system was placed in the hall outside. They also provided a place for ironing clothes in the same hall. Parking was provided next to the apartment building but limited. We were told that we could park in another area that belonged to the property and it was only a few blocks away.

We brought our own hangers to the apartment after reading one of the reviews but even that was not enough to hang our clothes. It would be nice if there were more hooks in the room and in the bathroom as well. It would also be great if a mirror could be provided in the room. There was one in the bathroom but it was difficult to get ready when another person was using the bathroom. The bathroom space was a little tight for our budget room, so do take note if you are claustrophobic. One of the reviews also mentioned that there were no cups provided, so we brought our own.

the minimalize of the room, the simple yet fresh decoration along the aisle to room, the idea of garden that totally covered the 'back of the house' side that really done nicely. the price is good for the modern style roomstay.

-the bed spread for my room got some stain like nanah jerawat at the duvet cover like 4-5 spot near each other and make me think that the duvet cover not being change. -also in my room got dead kelkatu (flying termite) like 3-4 numbers also in WC.

I really love the location of this roomstay everything walking distance. Quite near to pasar payang and drawbridge. Payang walk every friday really nice. All foods marvelous. Room very spacious and the bed and pillow reallyyyyyyyy comfy. Water pressure really strong. Tv also have quite decent channel. Water dispenser and fridge also provided here.

Would be nice if u have mirror in your room. Mirror only in bathroom. For someone who use spectacles i really need mirror near to our face and did not want to wet our feet.

Totally dint expect I will get such a comfort stay in Terengganu. The cleanliness of the room is exceed my expectation and they own hair dryer even though is not written in the description. The location of the roomstay is just nearby the bridge, easy to access for food and mall. Just to beware of the traffic when there is event in the town. I got stable wifi connection, met friendly staffs and the premise is equipped with lift and water filter. They have limited parking beside the premise and an open space carpark which is slightly further apart. It will be better if they can install lighting at the car park.

It is superb warm room for 4 persons with small cooling power of air conditioner until we did turn on the AC to the minimum temperature with turbo mood on, yet we can still felt the warm temperature and awake during night time. There is no fridge in the room but yes, cant expect much for the price. The toiletries, particularly shower gel and shampoo is not given per head but yes, it is the style of the premise and I dint request extra for that.

Cheap price, in the middle of city, just on front of Mayang Mall. Easy and fast check in process

The aircond inside the room is not very cold, maybe need maintenance pr cleaning. The owner will not consider at all to check in slightly early eventhough the room is empty

Central and near to attractive places

Noises of the traffic will awaken you by one or two rascals with loud exhaust, Water pressure of the shower will be low after flushing, Parking limited but plenty nearby

Staff very attentive in arrival time, as i arrived a bit later than usual checkin time.

- There was a lot ant at the coffee mug - AC was not cold even it was set to 16° - Entrance to hotel can be better
