The menu was outstanding, as was the food. We ate here every night with excellent service, although there were other guests.

Breakfast met our needs, but we would prefer butter and jam not in disposable containers that cause more rubbish, also soap and shampoo. We realize in winter it is difficult for our hosts to provide this.We were the only people staying overnight there.

The place was clean and bright. The view of the lake is beautiful. Having the restaurant on the property is perfect after a long day of driving.

Parking is tricky but was expected. Some staff seemed annoyed with us not knowing the language but we stayed patient and did not ask too much of them.

The amazing view from the restaurant/breakfast room itself already makes the stay worth it. The surrounding area is also quiet and beatifull to spend some time within nature. Really good breakfast.

It is expensive to eat (as expected) when you travel to Switzerland, so you need to be prepared for that.

The location, wow! We only had a day in the area, we wished we’d had more. We ate in the restaurant for dinner which was good and breakfast with a view in the morning. The bed was comfortable.

The pillows were very poor, which made it difficult to sleep.

My room and bathroom was comfortable and had everything I need after day long excurcions, Location is really very good if you plane to explore Vale Verzasca. It is at the shore of Verzasca lake. It is beside the main (only) road of Versasca Valley but at night there is almost no traffic. at all. I am a very light sleeper and I always have earplugs with me but I did not use them. Day time it can be noisy but I went to Versasca Valley to hike not to sit in the hotel. I ate dinner in the hotel twice and liked both meals. Hotel al Lago is a great value for its price.

Wonderful location, great food and friendly staff! Rooms are a bit dated, but really clean.

Rooms didn't have AC. Gladly it wasn't too much of a problem as it cools down outside in the evening here.

Good location, very nice view from the terrace. Staff is friendly and welcome. Clean room. The hotel has a parking right in front of it. Good breakfast.

A bit expensive. The coffee is not good.

The breakfast was not as extensive as other areas in the alps. The location was very pleasant overlooking a reservoir. There was a nice evening meal but only one person front of house.

No choice for vegans (breakfast and restaurant).

Breakfast - just supermarket yogurt and bread with cheese, nothing healthy (no eggs, muesli, fruit or porridge). Checking not too smooth, no smiles during breakfast
