Fantastic location on the lake with stunning views. This hotel has some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered, they were just lovely. The suits are very well appointed but then this is not a cheap place to stay so they should be. The food in their lake front restaurant was excellent as was the service. Breakfast was superb too. There is an excellent attention to detail for guests throughout the hotel which is a credit to the hard work team behind it. If your thinking of staying in the area then is should be top of your list!

They have a major problem with sparrows (birds) eating from tables outside and I mean a lots of birds! They are constantly trying to eat, drink anything from your table even whilst you’re eating but as soon as even on of you gets up to leave the sparrows descend in number to grab whatever they can while you try your best the protect your partners food, etc. Be aware it is a major problem as you tend to eat outside more often than inside here!

From the first minute of arriving to the hotel you feel that you are important guest. The staff is friendly and very careful. There is s valet parking. You are here only for relax! We tried some restaurants of the hotel (Marina and Eden Rock): compliments and thanks to the chef’s and staff, they are professional. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic. Cleaning service received from me high rating too. The room with fantastic view on the lake, with terrace where you can spend romantic evenings with s glass of champagne.

Everything i liked!

A very nice hotel, amazing location, great view and a very good service. The spa area was impressive with a huge hydra pool and a lot of saunas (hammam, dry sauna, nice area of rest). The breakfast was really good and tasty. Overall we liked the stay.

You can see that the hotel is a little tired overall, however threre are efforts to revitalize through some nice design elements. We stayed only one night and when I reserved, I enquired if the swimming pool and spa area were open. It was confirmed, however the swimming pool was not available most of the first day due to some reparation works. When they were over, I tried to enter the water, but it was SUPER cold.. so nobody was enjoying the swimming pool.... Too bad.

A hotel stay I won't soon forget. Phenomenal service from start to finish. Breakfast was outstanding, the room and bed comfortable, even with a "bespoke pillow menu" (!) Hotel staff went above and beyond to connect us with a local bike shop to facilitate a specific rental. (Wonderful cycling scenery, to boot) It's a pricey stay obviously, but feel we got what we paid for.

Room size and bathroom size could be bigger Hotel guests should have the possibility to sit and have a drink in the Marina restaurant when the Jazz band is playing there especially if guests are booked for dinner later at another of their restaurants

Breakfast buffet very good and a lot of warm dishes to order! Service very friendly, in the restaurants, the pool, the concierge, the ladies from housekeeping. We asked for a firmer pillow and two pillows were delivered to choose from!

Not much! The only thing we missed was some extra info in the room about bikes and other facilities. Like what is available and what are the extra costs.

The hotel is on the lake and has a lovely garden with large trees and sun loungers. They have sailboats and speedboats and wakeboarding and stand up paddling. There are 2 heated swimming pools, a large jacuzzi, steam rooms and saunas. I particularly liked that there was also a women-only steam room and sauna. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The staff are attentive and nice and the spa is comfortable and clean. We attended Yoga classes held right next to the lake. The concierge helped to organise a covid test for further travel and we were driven to the train station. I would also feel safe visiting this hotel on my own. It was really relaxing.

The crepes that I ordered at breakfast tasted artificial. The dinner was disappointing.

The pool service doesn't quite match the standards set by other amenities offered at the hotel. We had to go up the bar to order most of the time
