Lots of amenities, and activities, very convenient to the convention center and easy to hop on the ferry for fun! Beds were very comfortable.

There’s one microwave and it’s all the way down past the check in desks. Also does have traditional coffee maker, but brought I had pods from home. This last one is more reflective of Booking than the property, but the listing said it had 2 beds and my room only had one bed. I was informed that only suites have pullout couches. The hotel was very accommodating though and was able to provide us with a roll away bed at no additional charge.

Excellent property located away from the Savannah hussle and bustle yet the ferry made for easy accessibility. Very nice selection for breakfast and lunch and the food was very good. Service was excellent and staff was friendly and courteous. The evening s’mores by the fire pit were a nice amenity too.

Attention to details in our room could have been better. The duvet cover was soiled and we ran out of body wash on the second day of our stay … it was not refilled for our third day. Also, Booking.com charged us $33 per day for the Resort Fee but the Westin billed us $37.95 per day for that fee. We were overcharged $4.95 per day with no explanation and did not notice until our emailed checkout folio.

I like the location. I love that we could ride the ferry across to River St. The room was good size and the bed was comfortable. I liked the river view. We watched several cargo ships coming in and out of the port.

I didn’t like paying a resort fee, as none of the amenities were anything we would use. I also didn’t like having to pay for parking. The fee charged for the room should have been sufficient enough to cover parking.

From the moment we drove up to the moment we left the resort our experience was top notch. The entire staff was there to please. The dinning was a little pricey but the food was good. We absolutely loved watching the cargo vessels stroll down the harbor all day. And our room was a delight. Would have been nice to have had a microwave. We will be returning soon!

Everything went well from the time we arrived up until the time we departed. We absolutely loved taking the ferry over to the riverwalk. That was so convenient which allowed us not have to drive our car back and forth.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about this resort. It was perfect. I would highly recommend this resort to all of my family and friends. It was by far the best get a way we have had in quite some times.

There was a jelly bean on the floor of my room next to the bed for the entire stay from when we got there to even after the housekeeping staff had cleaned the room the first night. In addition, the brand new towel that was in the bathroom had a bright orange stain on it when we opened it up as well as black spots on the new bedsheets the second day after having our room cleaned after the first night. These situations made me question the true cleanliness of the hotel. But we overall enjoyed all the accommodations and had a great time in savannah.

There could be a better menu in the restaurant. The inside bars were very limited as to what you could drink. No frozen drinks at all(buy another blender for inside )our room wasn’t cleaned one of the days . I think they could check back and clean it later if you have the do not disturb early . But they don’t.

I loved the property it was so pretty. Everyday they had cookies and ice tea at 3pm. At night they had smores kits. That you can sit by the outside fired to toast your mashmellos. They had a ferry to take you to the town.

My pillow. And they had only one type firm. Next time I would bring my own pillow.

Facilities were very nice.

Price and resort fees were expensive. Awakened during the night to a fire alarm going off. Went down 15 flights of stairs to the lobby. There was no explanation and no compensation. Waited in the lobby with several others with no direction on what we were to do. Very frustrating. I hope it would be handled differently if it was a real fire.

The view of the Savannah River and River Street was AMAZING. The staff was beyond courteous. It was so easy to ride the ferry boat over to River St. as it was running all day in 15-20 minute intervals.

WE LOVED IT ALL. (Make sure you visit any gas stations or fast food restaurants before checking in. Unless you want to have to leave by car again.)
