Easy to get to and super friendly staff helped when it sounded like kids were jumping above us and felt like they were going to crash into our room. They called the room above us and took care of it right away.

The surprise on top of your booking they needed another amount (card) to hold your $250-$275 incase you made damage to your room seemed a little extreme specially when I already spent a ton to book the place.

Room was very clean and well stocked. Loved the whirlpool tub and fireplace. The game room was fantastic and also had a beautiful exercise area. Pool areA was very nice and loved the outdoor area where you could have a picnic with the grills. Staff was wonderful and was even gifted a bottle of wine for our 25th anniversary. Looking forward to our next stay.

$250. Security fee is a bit excessive. And the rooms did not have ice buckets.

I loved the pool and hot tub. The temperatures were perfect. The room was comfortable. And the staff were friendly. The elevator was broke, so they gave me and my elderly mother a room on the main floor.

For the price you pay there was no breakfast. This was the first hotel I ever stayed in that didn't have vending machines. And with no convenience stores nearby we couldn't go get drinks for the night. With all the places to stay in Galena I don't think I would stay here again.

Excellent location! Very safe, clean, & friendly staff!

The stowaway bed was a great space saver for narrow room, but it was terribly uncomfortable! The layout did not flow & it felt cramped, especially in the kitchen area. The 2-sided fireplace (facing bathroom & living room had a makeshift privacy partition that made bathroom privacy awkward.

Location, location, location and it was quiet at night.

The bed was hard as a rock. Need to spray the outdoors for flies and bugs. Although there was a sitting area, I couldn't use it past dusk as the flies were so bad. Could use some free weights in the workout room and mats for stretching.

Room good, fireplace great, even with silly timer

I stayed in a larger room the last time I was there so this room was a bit of a surprise. Highway noise was definitely noticeable

The staff was friendly rooms were clean and both the fireplace and whirlpool tub were very nice. Pool game room fitness facilities were great for both couples and families giving this hotel experience, a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The Steam room wasn't available as before, would have like to be able to unwind there!!
