The apartment is very nice and modern, it was easy to get in with the code. The small balcony was charming, the beds were comfortable. Even if the living room's window faces a busy street, it was very quiet.

The parking took a lot of energy and time: it would've been very helpful if the owner informed us about the parking situation, which is very strict in this city. As foreigners, we didn't know that you can only go in the old town by car with a special sticker, in the end a police officer informed us about this. The description of the accomodation doesn't include the necessary information about parking. (Also, in the area the parking is possible only for 30 minutes or a few hours, which can be inconvenient if you want to park near)

key/knob lock of the door was very difficult to open, it 's loose ,not secure in usual position. At first night ,after press password,we try to open, and as described previously , the key/knob slip from its core and fall back into the room,so we can not open the door,we call to the hotel officer, he send a locksmith to solve it.and told me that I must be responsible for the cost, approx.140 euro! (that's the locksmith's fee,pay to him). However aftter we check out, we contact to the hotel officer again about that cost.How very excellent,the hotel take responsibility to the cost, and pay back it to us.Thank you very much.This hotel take excellent care to their customer.We very appreciated that.

I've stayed with Limehome before so I knew what to expect at check in and everything worked fine. Great, well equipped apartment a short walk from the centre of Augsburg. Very clean and spacious and looks as good as in the photos.

Apartment was just as advertised but there was a major problem with the upstairs neighbours whose children were running around screaming and shouting at all hours of the day and night. I contacted Limehome and they were able to move me to the flat on the floor below the following day. Not Limehome's fault as such, because the problem flat was not one of theirs, but a shame, however they solved the problem within 24 hours.

Very modern and clean apartment, with good bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Easy entry system and good communication from the host.

No parking, so you can either use a paid car park a few minutes away, or find free parking about 10 minutes walk away. The outside is a bit grim, but the apartment itself makes up for it, although the combined kitchen/living room is small. Ideal for a couple, a bit cramped for small families. No hosts on site/nearby.

Difficulty in finding parking nearby, but possible with some prior research. We were concerned about street noise as located on busy road, but was very quiet overnight.

Two dark&dirty flight of stairs to reach a cute and clean apartment. Impossible to find and/or open the apt door if not carrying a torch with you.

We booked two apartments. The locations was great. The apartments were both beautiful and comfortable. There is a laundry mat downstairs and to the right. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was easy to communicate with. Fully stocked kitchens. Loved it!

Apartment was very clean, well-equipped and very comfortable for a stay with the family. Location was good and overall we had a nice experience, recommended!

Clean, spacious apartments.

The apartments have two double beds, but, although booked for 3 people, 1 bed was made (for the second bed linen in the closet), towels are only for 2 people, also just 2 tea cups. When I called and asked for a third set of towels and mugs, I received them the next day, but not the mugs.
