We were a family with 2 small kids and the hotel was really suited for us . The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel looks really good . The staff was really nice , we had the opportunity to meet great people like Fatmir and his wife , tonja, zoi and Mihalhs the bar guy . We felt home :) As a person living in the area before is one of the most value for money Hotels . Thank you very much , greetings from Adijol and Alfhild.

Arrived very late, reception was closed but phone number was on the door and the manager came to show us to our room. Large apartment, 2 storey with 3 balconies. Proper clothes airer. Nice little kitchen area behind a cupboard with clean crockery and fresh washing up liquid. Fridge. Clean hotel with friendly staff and close to the main street but far enough for it to be quiet. Towels changed regularly. Good breakfast. Parking under hotel.

Pol was very cold. It was coming to the end of the season though.

Great location away from the busy street but close enough to walk down the beach or for shopping. Supermarket right across the street to buy water or other food if needed. Super amazing breakfast with the best coffee in the area.

Although it's summer time a blanket/duvet would have been nice instead of a sheet only. It gets chilly overnight or some guests just need the weight of a duvet for better sleep. The hanging door handle messages were missing and I could not lock the door.

Large, spacious rooms; free a/c and safe; huge balcony; gym; very clean; excellent pools; lovely bar; good food menu; friendly staff; great location

Nothing, other than would have liked a toaster and kettle - although we could have asked!!!

Really nice hotel with 2 pool areas and location is good. Room was small but being alone it was more than enough for me. Walking distance from many great restaurants/places and bus stop close to you if you wanna go to Chania. I can easily say the hotel is worth to visit.

Very friendly people, beautiful flowers all over and everything clean and tidy. Our room was spacious and excellent. So good to have quiet nights.

Very good location in the middle of Platanias.2 pools available.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, but we were not informed that in order to reach the 2nd bedroom there was a very, very steep internal staircase.There were 3 air conditioners in the apartment but only 1 remote controller for all pf them.

The apartments and hotel area were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
