The staff were all so friendly , going above and beyond for ya. Couldn't do enough for us.

The swimming pool was advertised as a heated pool .it was sadly ice cold . Time in the Jacuzzi could be a littlw bit longer .Few people we spoke to said same on pool and that they young disappointed kids they had being then in jacuzzi then. Few disappointed faces sadly. The pool attendant was a little rude when asked about the swimming pool. Bar pool not be heated .it's great spot stay in and great location and price . At night time heat was toasty .

It was disappointing that the pool/sauna area was shut but we knew this in advance of arrival . We were given free tickets for waterworld, but it was fully booked, so we weren’t able to use them.

Like the location, right in the middle of town, close to everything you would need. Very good for families with young kids, playground and garden. Has parking round the back. Staff very professional and friendly. Bar was nice. Apartment was sufficient with lots of room, had three bedrooms with one big room with four beds. Great for large families. Has small kitchen with cooking facilities and toaster and kettle. Would recommend but not the pool area.

I didn't like the pool. It was not heated and was basically a giant kids pool. The jacuzzi was not working and the steam room was not heated properly. You have to book a slot for pool that just your family use which was great but needs to be upgraded and fixed up.

Close to waterworld and all main shops and restaurants. Only a few minutes to the beach. Staff were very friendly. Parking was good. Lift was handy. Dog friendly.

Very loud noise from a nearby pub was the only problem, made getting to sleep a bit tricky as our room was overlooking the main st where the loud pub was. Apart from this, it was a lovely stay and would return and recommend this hotel to any family.

Great flat, spacious and comfortable. It never felt cramped We travelled with a big dog and felt very welcome. We had a few hiccups with facilities, but staff straight away did what they could to help.

The spa wing could do with some upgrading. We had to ask for assistance to get the jacuzzi working, and the steamroom didn't work. The jacuzzi/hot tub was pleasantly warm.

The location is perfect, near everything, the beach the shops, many bars and restaurants. Rooms are modern and they were very clean, they had everything needed for a self-catering holiday. Also a bonus was free car parking . The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It can be a bit noisy at night, but that's to be expected in this holiday village. Also the swimming pool onsite is not heated and the jacuzzi wasn't working.which was a pity.

Location and very quiet despite a big evening gif going on. Room was spacious.

We had no towels or toiletries and having booked through Booking.com were never informed that we were supposed to bring our own. Reception staff were not around at the desk but accessible by dialling a number which worked. We found the reception staff rather disingenuous and over the top. But perhaps we just misinterpreted their enthusiasm.

Great value and the apartment itself was spotless clean. You could book the leisure facilities with an hours notice and you could have it to yourself. The staff were very friendly

We stayed in the first apartment on the 3rd floor and the toilet took forever to flush and everything would float until it disappeared - it wasn’t so bad as we were family but it would have been an issue for friends

Lovely hotel in the centre of Bundoran which is Pet Friendly as well (our main requirement for this trip). The hotel is basic and rooms are small however you cannot fault it for the price and rooms are spotlessly clean. There is also good facilities for children and adults with a swimming pool and other activities. The staff are lovely and welcoming as well.

Me and my family had a great time. The staff were amazing the woman checked us in I didn't catch here name was amazing walked me through everything, nothing was too much bother every other staff was very polite rooms where amazing. Night porter was very polite and great to have a laugh with. Will definitely return
