Location was pretty good as it was just minutes drive from T2. However, finding a transport to go around, from the hotel was quite difficult. Breakfast was excellent, excellent and professionally trained staff. Cannot name them all as I could not catch all their names. However, just to name a few, Mubarak, Shamista, the breakfast chef... they were the highlight of my stay as they catered for my every single need. These people live up to the Mariott standard and are certainly the best ambassadors of the brand.

Maybe if we could, as guests, get to see more of the senior management staff, that would help enhance the experience further.

Overall it was an excellent experience. The facilities were great. The amenities were excellent and the staff were very attentive and dedicated. There was no reason for complaint. The ground staff were excellent.

There was some confusion regarding my laundry. It was not ready when they said it would be which delayed our check out by almost an hour. The management wasn't very honest about the delay and tried to buy time by saying it would be ready in 5 minutes....another 10 minutes...almost ready....they are bringing it up....etc. I would rather they had been honest so I could make the decision I needed to make. It was one particular manager (probably the GM) who wasn't bothered about the service.

Superb Modern Airport Hotel December 2024 Really enjoyed my one night stopover here. It was perfect before flying home to the UK the next morning. It's close to Terminal 2 (a little further from Terminal 1) and I used the hotels excellent private transfer service both ways. A new very modern hotel with perfect rooms for a short stay. Immaculate and comfortable throughout. Nice bar with lite bite menu downstairs with friendly staff. Upstairs there is a large restaurant which has an extensive buffet for dinner as well as a la carte. The breakfast buffet here was also extensive. A very special hello and thank you to the lovely Atish and Anup who were my waiters for both dinner and breakfast. When next staying overnight at Mumbai International Airport it will definitely be my first choice hotel.

Nothing all perfect

This accommodation is located just 10 minutes by car from Terminal 2 of Mumbai Airport. The rooms are very clean, with comfortable mattresses and pillows, and equipped with air conditioning. It’s the perfect place to stay or take a nap if you have a flight from Terminal 2. I also booked a taxi in advance through the hotel. While it was slightly expensive, I found it worthwhile to ensure a hassle-free journey. A complimentary breakfast is included, although I didn’t get the chance to try it. The staff were kind and accommodating, offering flexible check-in and check-out times based on my flight schedule. Overall, this is an excellent option for a restful night’s sleep near Terminal 2.

Personally, I feel it would be better if they included a small chair for added comfort. Additionally, it would be a good idea to reserve breakfast slots for guests to avoid queues during busy times.

Your staff more than made up for the disappointment of the cramped room. It was so small that the hotel could not provide a chair—there was no space. My initial experience of a light snack at Mado Mado—a CHICKEN PIZZA—lingered because it was a thick-crust pizza with a not-so-inspiring topping. However, dinner room service was good, and breakfast was superb. The staff was all ears, attentive, and anticipating one's every need. By and by, the initial disappointment faded away, and we checked out happy. Coming again on the 15th for a night.

Very clean hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food served at the restaurant for the A La Carte menu. Very good shower with good water pressure and heat.

Toilet did not flush properly in the bedroom. The room was more on the small side. The live stations for the breakfast buffet could have been better. Each day was pretty much the same buffet items. Location was very good for the airport but not as good for restaurants and shops. No spa facilities.

Check in time is very inconvenient I had requested early check in as my flight landed early in the morning and I have a kid So they first said give us about 2 hours and will arrange for room However after 2hrs we were told not yet it will take atleast 4 more hrs They kept offering us to upgrade for a bigger room and pay so much more which definitely was not an option After hours of waiting They gave us a room at about 12pm or 1pm A suggestion would be - kindly inform the customer if you wouldn't be able to provide early check in so they can accommodate themselves earlier in advance And to atleast keep the check in by 12 or something closer

One of the best star hotels I’ve stayed in recent times . Everything from the check in service to the concierge to the morning buffet breakfast and good spacious room and clean toilets and everything else . Great gym which is open 24 hours as well , stones throw away from the international airport

It’s a star hotel so everything going to be super pricey and also the fact that there was nothing close by if one needed to explore and walk around. Property was perfect though

Warm welcoming staff who were ready throughout the day to help. The view from my room, I could see Mumbai airport and planes going in and out- a delight for av-geeks. Extremely clean rooms with an amazing ambiance and all amenities to please. And finally the buffet breakfast, they did maintain the quality despite bulk cooking.

It would be nitpicking at this point but sound insulation between rooms could have been better. Not to get me wrong, it was pretty good with no noise from outside or corridor, but I could hear people laughing and partying next door. The room window offers no privacy, the building being L shaped and a roof-top cricket pitch across the plot doesn’t help the cause.

Breakfast was on spot, they had pretty of options There wasn’t a thing that I didn’t like, and the staffs were so polite, anything I asked them any time, they do it with a smile on their face, that’s the best thing that could make anyone’s day better… where as for the view this hotel has crazy view towards the airport which is fun

There isn’t much to talk about dislikes here, just wanted to make yall work on the request that customers ask for, I had a stay for three nights and requested if I could get a higher floor, but instead I got 3rd floor that too with an average view
