Right in the historical center of Mexico City, so its pretty busy and hectic outside the hotel. However, I was on the 3rd floor and its not noisy. Comfortable rooms, and have access to water cooler to refill bottles etc. Nice. Good value when they have promo prices.

Everything was good and value for money. I read complaints about the location and the neighborhood being unsafe, also the cab driver alerted us about safety. To be honest, while it's not probably the safest place in cdmx, it's a fifteen minute safe walk to the Zócalo during the day and hey, perhaps if you come back at night a cab would be the best option, so I wouldn't worry much. Just keep your senses up and use some common sense and you'll be fine

At that price point, no complaints

The room was exactly as in the pictures, and the staff were very friendly and helpful - they allowed me to check in early in the morning and used their phones to communicate with me whenever my Spanish listening wasn't good enough. They asked me every day if I wanted my room to be cleaned, even when it was cleaned the day before. The hotel's location is great - only 10 mins walk from the main square (Zócalo) and from there, everything is in 2-3 mins walking distance, including bars, restaurants, shops, museums, landsmarks, etc. I would highly recommend Ayenda Continental Mexicano to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Mexico City 😊

There was no lift as it was still being built. However, my room was on the first floor, so I had no problem at all doing a bit of exercise up and down whenever I needed to 🙂

The staff were always very kind, friendly, and helpful with anything I needed! My flight got in very early in the morning and they let me into my room well before check in which was a miracle cause I was so tired! Room was simple but very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing I loved it.

The staff was super friendly, especially recption. They gave us a map with the best attractions in tje area withing walking distance. The map also marked where the hotel was. Its in the middle of the Mercados and walking distance of the Zocalo. Perfect area for long walks and stores.

The place itself was great, they have done a terrific job at keeping everything nice and clean. Very good internet! And the fact that you can order room service at any given time saves you a lot of time. Very convenient!

The location was bad.

New,clean, and comfortable furnishings. Plenty of hot water. Good wifi. Very short walk to the Zocalo. Three or four blocks to bus that takes you to the airport. Reasonable rates. OXXO a few feet away from the hotel entrance. 24 hour front desk. Shop till you drop neighborhood.

No fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning. Very hard pillows. I had to go out and buy a softer pillow. But lots of shops in the area sell them.

I really liked the welcoming vibe from the two ladies attending the front desk. They were very helpful in getting us a taxi and showing us how to use the subway. They were more than ready to assist.

I didn't like the zone we stayed in. The taxi driver had recommended not to go out at night. However, the zone seemed safe enough to walk around during daytime.

Location, it was easy to get there. Surroundings seemed a bit insecure at night, especially for solo travelers.

Very noisy at night. There was one off the guests who was laughing and screaming very loudly around 2 or 3 in the morning. I mean, really loud for more than an hour and no one got there to tell her to shut up.

Very clean nice rooms, good location. The location can feel a bit sketchy if you are from European country, but it actually is in a central part. Also we were here only for one night after our flight, so it did what we got the room for- place to sleep and chill.

A bit noisy. The rooms are hotel rooms so not too much space.
