Breakfast was fantastic and the wait staff were always very lovely and welcoming. Our room was extremely clean and spacious and we had plenty of necessary toiletries at our disposal. Our room maid was also brilliant and did an exceptional job every day! One of your supervisors, Marika, is an absolute credit to your team and she could not help us enough!! She is one of the most relaxed, professional and hospitable people we have ever come across in our global travels. Please pass on our thanks to her...she is a true legend!! :-)

Unfortunately, Alfonso gets cranky quite easily. He is a good waiter, but needs to be a little more friendly at times and not pass his stress onto the customers.

Very good and varied breakfast. Bed sheets and towels are changed every day. Very good Wi-fi in all areas from the hotel. Minibar in the room Ok, decent price. Very worm & friendly staff at the reception. The hotel has underground parking. Located very close to all the main points of attraction in a quiet area. On the ground floor there is a very well-equipped supermarket. I recommend booking the room with a balcony. Hotel Bar was Ok. Behind the hotel, 40m away, there is a very good restaurant with local dishes - San Marino.

The heater / AC (vent line) in the living room was little bit noisy despise the fact was Off. Some of the furniture little bit old need to be replaced. But overall, the vacation was perfect.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, close to the Vatican, very friendly staff, effective air conditioning, everyone was very helpful - easy to call a taxi to get around. Grocery store next door and lots of places in and around the area for various things. 15-20 min walk from Vatican, 15-20 min walk to Piazza Navona. We were very comfortable in the suites and received rooms together with our family.

For someone looking to be in the center of the action, stay on the other side of the river if you want everything more in walking distance. But Rome is huge so unlike other cities I didn’t find everything walkable so this location was great for us!

NH Giustiniano is a recently renovated hotel in a quiet and residential area that is close to the city's major attractive areas( Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo, and beyond) and 10 minute walk from the Vatican. The hotel is just 6 blocks from the subway line and a few steps from buses lines. The room was excellent, spacious with a great living room, amenities changed daily and very, very clean. The bed and pillows were nice. The bathroom had a great shower, very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helped me to previously book a taxi from Fiumicino. An excellent stay

Overall great experience, with no negative impressions to point out

Hotel is at a great location just outside the ZTL but close enough to walk to major Rome attractions and the Vatican. The walk to the Coleseum is about 40 minutes but there are many points of interest on the way so you can do 10 minutes at a time between attractions. There is parking at the hotel and on the street. Good breakfast with some cook to order options for eggs.

There is a very strong parfume in the lobby. The hotel parking exit is a bit tricky if you come in a larger car like a SUV (which was our case) but it is still manageable to get out without scratches.

Modern hotel with spacious and clean rooms. This was our second hotel on this trip, which we chose to get acquainted with the sights located in this part of Rome. All our expectations regarding the choice of this hotel were met. There were no unpleasant surprises. Many thanks to the staff for providing rooms, both to us and to our daughters with children, who came to us for the weekend. All the rooms provided had a balcony and a good view from the windows. The location of the hotel is excellent. All the famous sights located in this part of Rome are within walking distance. The hotel staff helped to order a taxi to Fiumicino Airport, which arrived in 5 minutes. The trip to the airport took no more than 30 minutes, although the traffic was quite intense. The price is fixed. We paid 55 euros for two passengers and three suitcases of luggage. We will definitely consider this hotel if we choose to travel to Rome again.

We chose this NH Collection location as within easy walking distance of the Vatican and the nearby city attractions. We were upgraded to a junior suite room with it's spacious seperate TV/relaxation space and included all the convenience features like a well stocked mini bar, as well as free bottled water and coffee/tea making supplies. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and included access to 2 speciality coffee making machines as well as additional a-la-Carte selections. Used bar/restaurant for light meal only one evening but was delighted with the food we ordered.

In room air conditioners (one in bedroom and the other in the TV/relaxation space) did not have an auto fan speed setting, only low, medium and high fan speed. Hence, the noise from the A/C units was constant and quite noisy, except on the lowest speed setting. An auto speed setting would have allowed the A/C fan to only run when cooling required to reach the set temperature.

I like how close was to Vatican City, friendly people that work there, room size and cleanliness.

Bed wasn’t that comfortable, it also made noise every time you switch positions.

Very good location. Walking distance to St Peter's Cathedral. Close to airport shuttle stop as well. The room is more spacious than expected

The floor plan is weird... at least for the "suite" making it feel smaller...

The room is very big and spacious. The service is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide selection of pastries. 💙 Ms. Mochelle, the receptionist, was very kind in assisting us with our queries, such as arranging a taxi to the airport. It was also very thoughtful of the hotel to allow us to store our luggage even after we checked out, since our flight was in the evening. The hotel is conveniently located near the Vatican, subway, bus station, and shopping stores. A great place to stay!"
