The property was very clean when we first went in I was surprised to be very honest. My family and another went and we had the most amazing time. We didn’t really stay at the park but did use the indoor pool there. They do other activities also but we mainly explored outside of the park and the whole of Cornwall rather than stay in. Definitely would go again if I was to visit Cornwall again :)

An ironing board would have been suitable to have in there without the need of extra for it. Music system in our lodge worked as we guessed the code to it, reception staff says they were not given it by the company but it was 1234 🤣

Nice accommodation, well equipped and clean. Site is well looked after and quiet. Can't comment on entertainment as we didn't need to use it. We used the pool once but was too quiet. Woodland walk is nice.

Would have been nice to have outside seating with our accommodation. Some background music would be good for the pool. On our 1st evening, we'd ordered food and decided to play bingo. The security guy came over to us as my 17 year old Son had a ticket that I'd purchased. He asked for ID as he needed to be 18 to play! Although the family on the table next to us had two young girls aged around 10 who were clearly playing it!! It's ridiculous, so we never went back to play again. Also, the caller needs to liven it up a bit as it was quite boring.

The accommodation was so clean. On arrival the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The caravan was excellent value for money. The facilities were great but some of them do need updating now. The children's play area should be a little bigger and have more facilities for the smaller children. The arcade was ok but a number of the machines were broken so this limited the experience, this area definitely needs some work doing on it

The bar area outside was fine but sadly on arrival there were a number of guests using obscene language so we could not take our grandson in the outside area , this was such a shame as you do promote this as a family holiday perhaps requests for omission of bad language should be placed around this area as i am sure most people do not want to listen to this language whilst on holiday

The staff were really helpful and friendly, the entertainment team were amazing and even got my autistic daughter dancing at the disco. The caravan we stayed in was basic but had everything we needed and there was plenty of parking. There was entertainment every evening and a fully stocked shop onsite. The swimming pool and mini golf was especially loved by my daughter as well as the arcade. The site is really close to the beach, a short walk or drive and you have the most spectacular views of the coast.

The other people on vacation were very loud when coming home late but that's something the campsite would not be able to control in any way.

The staff were very friendly and was accessible to beach.

No WiFi (except for club house) . Dirty cupboard doors in van, with black finger prints on all of them. Crumbs all over van floor. Filthy radiator in bathroom, which we initially thought was rust, which it wasn't, it was yellow grease. TV which we tryed to watch after 10pm in evening kept saying, no signal or no format? Grill didn't work. Not a very good selection of food choices...everything is "with chips".... I'm diabetic so a healthier menu would be more inclusive, which would of definitely been more helpful as I couldn't monitor my blood sugars as I normally would, in the app, as you have no WiFi. Again, not very inclusive. All the above was reported at reception but nothing done. Couldn't ring anyone as we had no phone signal.

Very clean & modern with plenty of room.

On our first day a staff member came round to check all was ok in the caravan & when we arrived we noticed one of the bedroom lights wasn’t working, so we told them & they said they will get it sorted. We were there 5 days & no one came to fix it!!! Also may I add the swimming was shut for our whole stay. We were told different things were wrong with it by different members of staff!!! I especially booked this site as it had a pool but was very disappointed when we couldn’t use it.

Location of caravan park is only a short distance away from widemouth Bay beach and Bude town. Small on site shop- but had everything we needed. Enjoyed not having a mobile phone signal. Lol We could purchase Internet for a cost but didn't want to. Club house has free WiFi. Caravan was lovely and clean and looked new. Our caravan was at the back of the park, but we enjoyed the 10 min walk to club/ shop and reception when we needed to. We stayed in caravan 142 (Gold) We would definetly stay again

Excellent location for the beach/surfing. Lovely costal walk nearby. Good evening entertainment & nice bar area. Lovely park/crazy golf to enjoy. Friendly & helpful staff Well organised swimming pool.

Basic bedding and having to make own bed up on arrival. After a long journey, it's not what you expect to need to do when arriving on your holiday.

The entertainment team was brilliant. The two ladies were really good with kids and made everyone join in which was nice. They also have had a comedian which was brilliant. The facilities were as described. The package we had was for Bronze 3 bedroom caravan, one of the doors would need replacing as it seems it either was worn out or flooded hence swell up. Couldn't close it and had patches of wood to hold it together. Also the carpets in bedrooms would need changing as they were ripped near the doorways. Presumably wear and tear.

There was no signal in the area at all so the WiFI at the caravan would be beneficial. Unfortunately, one of the party was poorly and had to stay in caravan with no contact in case of emergency.
