The room was comfortable, my only complaint is the cleanliness it looked clean. I have OCD and the room wasn't as clean as it looked. I can tell that they do not move chairs so they can vacuum we moved the chair near the bed and found a remote. I cleaned the surfaces in the room and the restroom to make sure everything is sanitized. The handle to the bathroom door was coming off the door. Beach access is right across the street, the location is perfect if you want to be in the area where you have access to everything. We did have Wi-Fi but it was slow, they did mention they had a new system and were still working out the kinks.

Hot tub was lukewarm. The Tiki Bar drinks are too pricey and not good, plus they stopped selling food. The bartender stated they stopped selling food a year ago, which I know isn't true since I stayed at the hotel end of June and me and my sister had lunch at the Tiki Bar. The gate to access the pool, is being held up by bricks which isn't safe if someone leans on it they can be seriously hurt. The handicap pool chair had a rusted metal plate in front, and it was in a location that someone can either trip or cut themselves on.

Everything was great, the breakfast was delicious, lots of options and variety, we sat outside by tiki bar and enjoyed every morning with the beautiful view, we had the most amazing experience with one of the Desk employee, unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but she was the greatest person there, everyone else was polite. The outdoor pool was cold but the kids still loved it, the indoor was just as good, the location was nice for a bayside hotel, the rooms were clean, linings and towels all looked clean (towels are very small and not as soft but they were clean and worked). I would stay there again for sure.

We got a small room, it was kind of tight for our family of 5. Tiki bar didn’t open any of the days we were there. The bathroom by the pool was disgusting. I wasn’t able to connect with the tv (no air play) so we were stuck with cable.

Nice pool outside. Great breakfast. Although the meats were pretty cheap quality. But edible. House keeping was on the ball and did a great job. Bay view was very nice. Close to some nice restaurants.

The indoor pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. That was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay there. They said they sent out emails to people that booked through them and 3 rd parties may 31st. We never received anything from booking.com!!!!!

We were here for a dance competition, and it is within walking distance of the Roland Powell Convention Center, which was VERY helpful for us. The staff was fantastic, the bay view was gorgeous, LOVED the continental breakfast every morning. It is open 6am-10am and the offerings do change daily, but it is filling and great. Room was great. Housekeeping staff was helpful and attentive. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. I wish we would have made it in the outdoor pool and hot tub. They also have a coffee and tea station open all the time.

I wish I would have booked the slightly bigger room with a pull-out sofa and kitchenette. This room was slightly small for my 3 teens and I, but we were not here much, so it was fine.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was always hot water for the shower. The tv was not a smart tv but we bring our firestick with us all the time, so we were good. The a/c worked well! The breakfast was a nice bonus. A good selection for my family. Coffee bar was open all day. The pools were good to cool off after the beach. Also, the hot tub was relaxing. We stayed at the outdoor pool since the weather was warm. We ate lunch by the pool. Some good places for food nearby. There is a Tiki bar adjacent to the pool for drinks. Bring cash or card. We brought our dog. No issues with that. There is a designated grassy area to bring them outside for #1/#2.

The tv wasn't a smart tv but we bring our firestick with us all the time just in case. The pool should close later than 10pm since you swim at your own risk anyway.

I loved the indoor and outdoor pool. The whirlpool was a good temperature. We were on the Bayside and had a great view from the 2nd floor. The AC worked great in the room, and my doggie liked being with us, especially when she got to sun bathe on the balcony. Coffee was always hot at the lobby area. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was okay. Could have used more variety. Our bathroom door was warped, so it made a loud noise opening and closing rubbing against the floor. Didn't have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The beds were too firm.

Location. The balcony. Staff was friendly with 24 hour desk service. Gym.

We would have liked a fully functional kitchen that included a stove/oven, larger refrigerator and dinner/flatware. Did not have smart Tv to access Netflix, and other streaming services.

The staff was amazing from check in, to Joe at breakfast. The pool was so clean with staff constantly cleaning. The breakfast was fully stocked with the staff being friendly and simply amazing. Every single employee greeted you with a smile and acknowledged you. It was so refreshing to visit such a wonderful hotel. We are already planning to return in August. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Location...could walk to secrets and other restaurants and there were plenty of nearby shops. Wonderful sunset view from our balcony. The breakfast was yummy, and the sweet lady working that area kept things rolling. My friend has a food allergy, and she immediately showed us a picture of the ingredients for the waffle mix to ensure my friend could eat it.

Not the smartest idea to completely mop your lobby and outside the elevators in the last hour before checkout. That is the heaviest traffic time for that area. I'm sure there was something else that could have kept that employee busy till after checkout rush.

Room was very clean, location was perfect views spectacular, pool was perfect and clean, staff very friendly, Tiki Bar food was good breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again

The bathroom vents didn’t work, AC filter required changing, the pillows were not comfortable and the bed was definitely not comfortable and it creaked like the frame of the bed was either cracked or not tighten.
