The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. My family loved the pool location and it was warm and relaxing. The restaurant was delicious and the hotel location was great.

The first room we were in was very warm and uncomfortable. The thermostat wasn't working and it was cooler in the hallway and the television wasn't working also. My husband and I went to the front desk and one of the employees, a curly haired young man, switched our rooms. The new room was much cooler and he also checked to see if the television was working great. He made sure that our stay was more comfortable and better.

Nice clean room, especially for the cost. Continental breakfast was great (minus only serving meat 2/5 days). Great location and easy walk to the beach.

Swimming pool was disappointing. The pictures online of the pool were very deceiving and made it look bigger and nicer than it was. All 3 times we went to the pool it was dirty and trash laying around. Breakfast was very good just wish there was more variety instead of the basics and eggs and potatoes every day. Only 2 of 5 days they had meat (sausage) for breakfast. Also would be nice to have chairs on the balcony.

Beds are comffy, rooms are clean, room was spacious, comfortably fit 2 adults 2 kids, every room has a balcony, breakfast was good (when available), La Quinta had an attached restaurant Ocean 13 we'd rate 5 stars! Pool was clean but cold for end of May. Staff is friendly, was pet friendly and easily accessible with an elevator, tiny arcade game area. Location here was phenomenal for price payed, right across the street from McDonald's, choice; burrito, Italian, seafood restaurant.

Only three but most disappointing things, breakfast was a toss up Day 1 breakfast ended early Day 2 breakfast lasted minutes due to lack of supplies. The pool was nice but cold so it was not in use. Lastly ever flush of the toilet came with a latter knocking on the wall.

The location was great. Short distance from all my needs and very close to the beach. The room was comfortable and for the most part clean. The room had good lighting and a nice size balcony. My dog loved the balcony. I loved that we had a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Evan though the beds were comfortable for sleep they were quite high off the floor. It made it hard for a shorter person to get on or my large dog to jump up. The bathtub stopper was broken, and the shower water did not get that hot. However, the bathroom sink did not get cold water at all. The hallway floor to get to rooms were vacuumed and the floors in the room were dirty.

The proximity to the beach was great. The Manager Gabby and front desk associate Anika was very helpful. They made our stay wonderful and inviting. Because of them, I will definitely be returning.

The kitchen staff was not so great. The older lady was not too friendly. If you asked for anything, she had the attitude that you were bothering her. It was ridiculous and made me NOT want to eat breakfast there.

Shout out to Anika and Miguel. They were very instrumental to my family having the perfect vacation with dogs. They both went above and beyond and should get a raise for a job well done. The hotel is pet friendly and two blocks from the beach. Although my 85 year old mother couldn't navigate well to the sand, she truly enjoyed seeing the ocean from our room.

We wished the restaurant was open on the weekdays for breakfast.

The breakfast was good. The gentlemen with the dreadlocks ,who works at the front desk in the A.M. was very polite and kind when we told him food had run out. He replished with no problem at all. Thank him for that. We didn't have anymore soap in the bathroom. The young lady at the desk quickly came up and put more in the dispenser. She also brought us some fresh towels. Thank you for that also.

The beds were so comfy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Clean hotel and nice location. One block away from beach. Hotel was quiet on the 4th floor. The staff was nice and friendly. Check in and checkout process smooth! The breakfast was hot and lots of variety!

Location, the room, and staff, easy to find. The breakfast could be a little better via the Continental. Little more variety within the breakfast options. The games in the lobby were a nice touch for children.

A little ways from the broadwalk, you have to catch the bus but not a big deal. It's an experience for the trip.

The staff was welcoming and so friendly! The room was clean and air conditioning controlled. Parking included was a nice bonus. Lobby was nice and clean and accommodating. I appreciated the water fountain. I enjoyed the outdoor pool as well. Ocean 13 being connected was also an extra bonus!

Free breakfast was difficult with the small buffet room and long lines and running out of food/having to wait. Elevators were dark and very warm, felt like no circulation. The soap for the shower was in a hand pump, I wish that there would have been separate soaps for body and hair and maybe lotion. And the towels were too small even for someone of medium size.
