Beds are comffy, rooms are clean, room was spacious, comfortably fit 2 adults 2 kids, every room has a balcony, breakfast was good (when available), La Quinta had an attached restaurant Ocean 13 we'd rate 5 stars! Pool was clean but cold for end of May. Staff is friendly, was pet friendly and easily accessible with an elevator, tiny arcade game area. Location here was phenomenal for price payed, right across the street from McDonald's, choice; burrito, Italian, seafood restaurant.

Only three but most disappointing things, breakfast was a toss up Day 1 breakfast ended early Day 2 breakfast lasted minutes due to lack of supplies. The pool was nice but cold so it was not in use. Lastly ever flush of the toilet came with a latter knocking on the wall.

The location was great. Short distance from all my needs and very close to the beach. The room was comfortable and for the most part clean. The room had good lighting and a nice size balcony. My dog loved the balcony. I loved that we had a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Evan though the beds were comfortable for sleep they were quite high off the floor. It made it hard for a shorter person to get on or my large dog to jump up. The bathtub stopper was broken, and the shower water did not get that hot. However, the bathroom sink did not get cold water at all. The hallway floor to get to rooms were vacuumed and the floors in the room were dirty.

The breakfast was good. The gentlemen with the dreadlocks ,who works at the front desk in the A.M. was very polite and kind when we told him food had run out. He replished with no problem at all. Thank him for that. We didn't have anymore soap in the bathroom. The young lady at the desk quickly came up and put more in the dispenser. She also brought us some fresh towels. Thank you for that also.

The staff was welcoming and so friendly! The room was clean and air conditioning controlled. Parking included was a nice bonus. Lobby was nice and clean and accommodating. I appreciated the water fountain. I enjoyed the outdoor pool as well. Ocean 13 being connected was also an extra bonus!

Free breakfast was difficult with the small buffet room and long lines and running out of food/having to wait. Elevators were dark and very warm, felt like no circulation. The soap for the shower was in a hand pump, I wish that there would have been separate soaps for body and hair and maybe lotion. And the towels were too small even for someone of medium size.

Location was amazing. We were a short walk away from not only the beach but many attractions and restaurants. The room was very modern and had an updated decor and bathroom.

The breakfast area had very sticky floors. Trying to get towels turned out to be a major chore. Staff communication was off because we had someone try to clean our room even as we were still staying there. The gym facility was full of broken machines and was borderline.unusable besides 1 treadmill and 1 yoga mat.

Location, the room, and staff, easy to find. The breakfast could be a little better via the Continental. Little more variety within the breakfast options. The games in the lobby were a nice touch for children.

A little ways from the broadwalk, you have to catch the bus but not a big deal. It's an experience for the trip.

this is a hotel that allow dogs so of course there is random smells of urine, but it’s deff kept up with. AC went out for two of the nights we was there so we decided to leave a day early with a sunburn and children it was doable another day. The housekeeping staff was amazing and super friendly. The location is ideal. The beds are a little higher than usual so staying there with a toddler was a bit risky I was scared to leave her side while on the bed. over all decent stay, and I y stay again as long as there is AC.

AC or working breakfast wasn’t the best.

The professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere. The location of the hotel was in a three block radius of the venue which was the Convention Center. The breakfast was good, the availability of parking. I have been coming to O. C. for, 24 years now but my first time staying at La Quinta by Wyndham and I loved it, I have recommended this hotel to everyone. This will be the the hotel for me when I visit O C.. I will be reserving a room for next convention for April 2024, see you soon

location was In walking distance of the venue I was attending, restaurants, stores and the beach.

Nothing about the property but our next door neighbor made a lot of noise banging the walls and loud conversations in the middle of the night, around 2 AM to 4 AM. They were also racing/running in the hallways. We called the front desk but NO answer.

The location is amazing. We have two small children and we had everything we needed right there. The beach was one block away. The Jolly Rogers amusement park was 2 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed one day at the water park part and that night the rides part! Walking distance to great food options. A little market place right across the street for “emergency” items. Great great location for sure for families. Also our room was very comfortable and clean! The staff were very nice and helpful!
