We were upgraded to the top floor (3rd) upon arrival after telling them it was my husband's birthday! Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. The outdoor pool was very clean, and there were plenty of laydown chairs. They have a convenient poolside bar/restaurant. The beach was very clean.

The bathroom could use updating. The curtains were stained and needed cleaning, but they opened and closed fine. The indoor pool and hot tub were just OK. Room where exercise machines and tanning bed were locked every time I tried to enter.

If you’re expecting the Hilton, then this isn’t the place! But for 4 children and 4 adults it was perfect! The rooms were clean, the stove/oven/kitchen was awesome (we cook most meals to save money) the arcade room was great for early nights and the indoor pool and hot tub made for great rainy days! They have a poolside bar, everyone was friendly. It does get a little loud when bands play but they are done early so it won’t keep you up! The views are beautiful, you’re right on the beach. They have a court yard with picnic tables and propane grills! They have a free washer and dryer, they offer pool towels. Honestly if you have kids, this is the place to go! I absolutely love this place and it’s unfortunate that they will be closing down! Everyone knows when a place upgrades that the prices increase :( we stayed for two weeks and had a blast!

Everything was great!

Room was good. But sliding door didn't lock or slide right. Cable kept on going in and out. Spacious for a wheel chair. Love that you can walk right out of room and cross boardwalk and your in the beach and boardwalk. Only down fall is I had 3 cockroaches in my room. Also on Booking Com I ask for a room close to elevator because of wheel chair and myself for walking. ( but didn't move because of already having everything unpacked. Inside pool and hot tub were great!

It's at the start of the trolley. It's cheap. Our favorite thing is smoking areas outside. We especially liked our cleaning lady, Kaylee. She always had a smile and willingness to supply anything we needed.

The smell of pot is pervasive although they do try to eliminate it in the hallways. We're not fuddy duddies. Live and let Live, it was at times a bit much. I hope those people were absorbing the cost. The hotel felt more run down this year. The beds were more rundown. The pillows hard as rocks, and bedding clean but yellowed.

The manager was very nice. He knows Hotel hospitality. It is on the beach. They have live bands on the weekends. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which had a balcony. It is keep very clean environment. Staff was helpful and nice.

Jonah and the whale. Advertise all you can eat. It is not. You pay for each plait that you get. Just like any other restaurant Very disappointed was looking forward to all you can eat crabs

The view was wonderful and the location was perfect. Only had to move the car when we wanted to go somewhere else but only did that once. Everything was close by.

The facilities needed updated obviously. One of the rooms had ants but it was not infested by any means. The kitchen area is kind of small HOWEVER, at least there was a place to cook. Refrigerator was a little small but made it work.

The staff was absolutely amazing and so pleasant! Was laid back , relaxing , and the hot tub and pool were a hit at 1am quiet swims. Any time we needed something someone was able to be found or right there to help. Thank you for making this stay an easy one and great experience. We will back next year !

I had brought some ice cream and food and it all spoiled as the fridge was working right and we didn’t realize at first. But sure they would have had it handled if we realized.

A/C didn’t work very well but lucky it wasn’t to hot yet.

I have always loved the location and staff is great. First time I've been there in season and got to enjoy the outdoor pool. Still love indoor pool and hottub.

I did blow a fuse when using microwave and coffee pot at the same time. It's also suppose to be 100 percent smoke free, we couldnt enjoy sitting on the balcony because of the heavy smokers on either side and below us. We did report and nothing was done.

I liked the location in regards to being close to the beach. I liked the easy access to the hotel with multiple entrances, and the pool and hot tub being open 24/7. I used the indoor pool at midnight and i liked the lights.

I was not a fan of the staff at the front desk being ignorant, The WI-FI in the room was never able to connect, so the TV was basically useless. The air conditioning in the room did not work very well.
