The ladies at the front desk was very nice .. ppl that worked there was very nice as well and if you asks for anything they didnt complain nor made an angry face very polite ..

My room wasn’t clean the fridge was dirty , hair in it as well .. they didn’t vacuum and they didn’t dust .. I bring my own sheets and pillows cases so I wasn’t worried about that .. I was really pissed about my room not being cleaned and I did let the manager know !other than that it was nice this was the first time is years this happen we always stay at crystal beach when going to ocean city but I think this was our last stay there .. we will be staying at another hotel ..

I loved the pool on the second floor connected to Barracuda the most! I was able to have a drink in the pool & get food for the kids easily while they swam! Great atmospheres!

a little skimpy on the amenities. very low toilet paper when we got there and no extra. only two wash rags but 4 towels? there wasnt anywhere to hang anything to dry. clothes flew off the balcony.

water for shower was cold and never fixed. check in was a painful process. My room was not done at 4 like promised. Then they were to notify me when it was done and didn't. Waited over an hour for my room. Only two people to handle check in-long lines. Restaurant and pool only open to 8. That is silly for an ocean front beach property. I will probably consider another hotel due to the early closure of bar and pool. On at least three occasions my room didn't get cleaned-which is ok-if clean towels were given to my room. I had to beg for towels.

The staff was friendly and accommodating any thing we needed extra for the room they gave us without any problems, aways available when needed, parking was safe and well lighted so you can go to car any time, location of hotel is in a very good spot very close to alot of restaurants and shopping stores and the food at Baracuda restaurant was very fresh and delicious and drinks was great too, it's our 3rd time staying here and its always GREAT....loved it all

Pool on boardwalk need to be more cleaner.

The location is perfect. Still on boardwalk but far enough away from all the congestion. I like the no smoking even though in past years people next to us did not follow the rules. This year it was people smoking marjiuana.

I would really like a liquid body soap. I forgot mine and the little round soaps are harsh and do not make me feel clean. There wasn’t a screen on our sliding door. That would have been nice. And the balcony light is nice but wish I could turn it off if I chose.

I love the location, the restaurant has great food. The room was spacious and I liked the layout the most out of all the rooms I have stayed at here. Parking is convenient and it is right on the boardwalk so easy access to the beach and it usually is a quiet hotel. We had a few loud neighbors for a few hours. The pool was fun and it is a great size for cooling off or for little kids just learning to swim. All the housekeeping staff were great when we needed anything.

The customer service on the first night could have been better. We asked for blankets and sheets for the pull out couch and I was handed a pillow and a blanket with no explanation. I asked about sheets and was told "no sheets". Another friend staying went down to the front desk maybe an hour later and was told that they were catching up on laundry after the busy week and was given sheets and pillows. An explanation such as this would have been helpful and I would have happily gone back to get blankets and sheets when they became available.

I loved everything except front desk clerk. He was rude and had me panicking where to find another room short notice.

I used affirm to book through bookings. The larger male front desk clerk told me I wasn’t good to stay until payment was made, which it had been. I went to my car and started googling other locations to stay. I finally called affirm, walked back up to lobby and she told him to push it through, using card on file because I had a virtual card and he was insisting on my giving him a physical card. We were given a room after a 20 minutes panic session, I was 8 hours from home.

The hotel was clean and convenient in location to the boardwalk and other stores. There’s a Dunkin’ Donuts and Sunsations store out front if you need a quick bite or beach gear. The bar/restaurant is amazing! Right next to the pool. Everyone is friendly and they have great drinks! The best onion rings we have ever tried. They also serve breakfast on their menu. We had a side view of the ocean. But it honestly felt more like an ocean front view with how much we got to see from our balcony.

Some of the outlets didn’t work in our room, which was inconvenient for when we needed to charge phones or computers. The remote didn’t respond well when using the buttons, and our bathtub would fill up with water during a shower and take forever to drain. The bedding was very thin, but kept us warm for the most part. The room was very clean, well laid out, and the view was incredible. These are minor issues. No place is perfect, because the good outweighed the bad. We would stay again.

The location is outstanding for enjoying ALL Ocean City has to offer not just the beach and boardwalk. As we spent a lot of time on the boardwalk during our current stay we noticed that Crystal's is located in the most peaceful sections of the boardwalk, a great area for just relaxing and taking in the atmosphere. We also love Crystal's rules regarding behavior within the hotel.

The only negative we have is the bed was hard, that is it.
