The location was close to the ocean and boardwalk. The room was comfortable and clean.

The air conditioner kept shutting off. It got a little warm in the room.

No regular maid service. Room was not vacuumed at all during my stay. Placed a note card on door for towels before the allotted time; 9am Sunday, and when I left on Tuesday still hadn’t received what I requested. I had to empty my own trash. I under stand it was end of season but some effort needed to be made to check on guest needs.

1 block from the beachfront/boardwalk, free parking, fridge and in room microwave oven. Friendly front desk staff. Two pools. Functional bathtub. Sitting chairs and table. Shared balcony with outdoor chairs. Partial ocean view. Within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Great offseason rate. Modern bathroom. Bathroom amenities. Coffee available at the front office. Onsite cafe with great breakfast (additional charge).

Thin sheets . Soft pillows. Small smart TV. Thin towels. Slow drain bathroom sink. Toilet clogged day #2 but quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Windows not insulated but a/c and heat were working properly. It’s a motel and the daily off-season rate was cheap so these incidentals were in themselves not deal breakers. WiFi was shaky from my 4th floor room but the partial ocean view offset this technical challenge. Ice machine not working in my building.

The pool was amazing, very clean and well maintained. The bathroom in the room was very clean as well! Staff was excellent and location was exceptional. We were in the tower building, and it had an elevator which was convenient. Other people staying were very friendly as well!

No complaints really. You have to pay $0.25 for the ice machine, which I suppose would be the only downside. I wish we were able to try the cafe but we didn’t make it this year. We plan to next time!

Room could have been nicer- bedspread had a hole right in the middle, window leading to balcony had dead bugs all over the inside. No coffeemaker in room. No washcloths available.

The location

The microwave was on top of the little refrigerator, which didn’t quite fit. There’s still must be a separate shelf or something for that. Also, the carpet felt damp is kind of gross. The toilet paper holder was broke so we had to set the toilet paper on the tub which at times would get wet .On Saturday we were out running around and when we came back to the room, my bed looked like the sheets were being made, but then the comforter was just laying fold up on top of the bed and my pillows were on my friend’s bed. I don’t understand what was going on there and when I tried to ask the person that came to the door asking if we needed any washcloth, she didn’t really understand English.

The room was clean. The hotel is at the boardwalk, and there are several beach access points right in front of it. There are two pools available to use. The bathroom was clean, and the sink and mirror are outside the bathroom, so more than one person could get ready at a time. All of the staff were very friendly! We were able to see the ocean and, several mornings, were able to watch dolphins from the balcony. The balcony has 2 chairs & a small table, perfect for relaxing.

The parking is less than ideal; the lot is very small, and the spaces are VERY tight. We booked an oceanview room - not knowing it was on the side of the building. We could SEE the ocean, so it was not false advertising. We asked if our room faced the ocean on the boardwalk and were told yes, but it was likely a miscommunication. Even though the room was cleaned (see above), there was a definite odor of mildew. The AC unit worked well but was behind the wall where the sink was located. We bought a box fan to blow the cold air past the wall, and it worked well to keep the room cold. It's not a deal breaker, but no elevators. We definitely got our steps in!
