Located on boardwalk, view of the ocean. Spacious balcony.

No regular maid service. Room was not vacuumed at all during my stay. Placed a note card on door for towels before the allotted time; 9am Sunday, and when I left on Tuesday still hadn’t received what I requested. I had to empty my own trash. I under stand it was end of season but some effort needed to be made to check on guest needs.

1 block from the beachfront/boardwalk, free parking, fridge and in room microwave oven. Friendly front desk staff. Two pools. Functional bathtub. Sitting chairs and table. Shared balcony with outdoor chairs. Partial ocean view. Within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Great offseason rate. Modern bathroom. Bathroom amenities. Coffee available at the front office. Onsite cafe with great breakfast (additional charge).

Thin sheets . Soft pillows. Small smart TV. Thin towels. Slow drain bathroom sink. Toilet clogged day #2 but quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Windows not insulated but a/c and heat were working properly. It’s a motel and the daily off-season rate was cheap so these incidentals were in themselves not deal breakers. WiFi was shaky from my 4th floor room but the partial ocean view offset this technical challenge. Ice machine not working in my building.

The pool was amazing, very clean and well maintained. The bathroom in the room was very clean as well! Staff was excellent and location was exceptional. We were in the tower building, and it had an elevator which was convenient. Other people staying were very friendly as well!

No complaints really. You have to pay $0.25 for the ice machine, which I suppose would be the only downside. I wish we were able to try the cafe but we didn’t make it this year. We plan to next time!

Location can’t be beat

Room could have been nicer- bedspread had a hole right in the middle, window leading to balcony had dead bugs all over the inside. No coffeemaker in room. No washcloths available.

Once again, we had a fantastic stay! Room was clean & even had a nice clean smell when we walked in. There was a group of us that came down for Springfest (my boyfriend's band plays there) & we love staying on the 4th floor of the Tower Building. Even though the view isn't as amazing as the Ocean Front Building, it's still great! I put in a request for the 4th floor & to be near our friends that also had reservations & they did. We were able to all be together & had a really great time! Always look forward to coming back! Oh & the coffee in the office is pretty good!! Thank you for all you do :)

What didn't I like? That I had to leave! 😂

Beds could be queen instead of doubles.

Literally a stone’s throw from the beach. Private balcony wide ocean view. High resolution flat screen TV. Centrally located and accessible by car and afoot many restaurants, entertainment venues. Felt safe coming home late at night. Strong hot water shower. Bathroom super clean. Microwave oven and mini-fridge were clean and functional. Ample storage. Ice machine on the premises. Front desk staff were consistently kind and engaging. Complimentary coffee in the front office. Free parking. Wash cloths!!

When I initially adjusted the ensuite heat higher, there was a burnt smell which did eventually dissipate within two hours. Maybe the heat hadn’t been turned on in a while. Pillows could have been a little firmer but a comfortable sleep nonetheless. Limited TV volume which could not be adjusted higher for listening comfort. Walls not sound proof but I can sleep through a fire alarm. Note to self - bring personal clothes hangers next time.

We love everything about your property! The location, the price, the pools, the staff everywhere is excellent and so nice! This year was our first year at oceanfront and we totally loved it on the bottom floor!

We stayed also a few months ago in June, the only complaint I would have is the carpet needs replaced on all of the floors and all of the rooms possibly maybe put tile so it would be cleaner? As the carpet feels damp and if you’re in your bare feet or socks, they will be dirty quickly.
